    EU Delivery

    From January 2021, there are a few new bits of information to bear in mind.  If you’re delivering to the EU, you can shop on boden.eu

Alternatively, if you continue to shop through boden.co.uk and select an EU delivery address at checkout, you will be redirected through to our international section. Your order will go through our third-party partner and you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e/Boden**.

  • How does ‘Click and Collect’ work?

    If you’re in the UK, you’ll be able to see a ‘Click and Collect’ option when you look at our list of delivery options at the checkout. If you select it, our screens will guide you through finding a convenient location from which to pick up your parcel based on entering a town. Through our partners, we’re able to offer a range of locations from local convenience stores, major chain stores, and our Boden shops. You can see the locations, details of the address, opening hours and where it is on the map provided. When you select a location, we’ll ask you for a mobile number and this number will only be passed to the people delivering your parcel to your chosen location to let you know when it will be ready to pick up. Your mobile number will not be used for any other purpose.

    Delivery to the Click and Collect store is Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders made before 7pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the following day. Weekends: orders received by 5pm Sunday will be delivered Monday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive notification when your parcel is ready to collect. Next day service cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. These include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

    COLLECTING FROM HERMES PARCELSHOPS, WAITROSE STORES AND BODEN LOCATIONS

    Please collect your parcel within the timescales shown below. After that your parcel will be returned to Boden:

    • Hermes ParcelShop - 10 days
    • Boden locations - Temporarily unavailable
    • Waitrose - 7 days

    You will need:

    • Your order number
    • One of the following proof of ID:
      • cheque guarantee/credit/debit card
      • bank/building society book
      • cheque book
      • valid passport
      • driving licence

    COLLECTING FROM DPD

    Please collect your parcel within 7 days. After that your parcel will be returned to Boden.

    You will need:

    • The DPD Pickup Pass you have received from DPD (either printed or on your smartphone)
    • Photo ID:
      • valid passport
      • or driving licence.

    Or two forms of ID:

    • One must be a photo ID (driving licence or passport)
    • Utility bill, or second photo ID.
  • How do I change my delivery address?

    If you’ve already placed your order, please contact us via web chat, or through our contact us page with your order number to hand, and we’ll see what we can do for you.

    Alternatively, if you would like to change your address in your online account, please proceed to the ‘My account’ section, followed by the ‘Address book’.  Once here, you can edit an address by clicking on the pencil icon, and following the on-screen instructions.  After this, please be sure to assign the ‘Delivery’ tick box to the correct address.

  • How do I track my order?

    Your tracking information can be found on your dispatch confirmation email, in the ‘Delivery Info’ section (just under your item list). This will let you know where your parcel is if you click on the link, but if it has taken longer than the stated delivery time, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further.

  • What if I am not in when you make a delivery?

    Don’t worry, you can check your tracking information on your dispatch confirmation email for more details. Otherwise, there will be a card left by the courier with instructions on what to do next.

  • My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

    Take a look at your tracking information, which can be found on your dispatch confirmation email, to see where your parcel is. If it has taken longer than the stated delivery time, please contact us with your order number to hand, and we will be happy to look into this further.

  • Where is my item?

    It may be that your item has experienced a delay, so please check your order history for a few more details. This can be found in your online account, as long as you were signed in when you placed your order. Your delayed item should still be reserved for you and will be sent as soon as possible.


    If you don’t have an online account and have already received part of your order, please check the paperwork included in your parcel. Otherwise, feel free to  contact us with your order number to hand and we’ll be happy to look into this further.

  • BFPO deliveries

    We’re pleased to share that we do deliver to BFPO addresses. BFPO customers living outside the EU will automatically have VAT deducted from their orders.

    BFPO address in the EU: Please request a VAT invoice once you have placed your order, you then have up to two months to apply for an Article 151 Exemption certificate from your Customs and Immigration Officer. When you have received your certificate, just send it to us along with your VAT invoice at the following address here. We will be happy to process the refund once we have received these documents.
