A MESSAGE FROM OUR COO AND PEOPLE DIRECTOR

Here at Boden, we want to create a diverse and inclusive business, where everyone can reach their full potential.

We want to grow our business, to bring joy to millions more customers around the world. We know the way to do this is through having an engaged business, where we attract, retain and develop a diverse range of ideas, experience and skills. And we’re committed to doing just that.

We’ve made advances in this area. We’re investing in our women, through internal and external and development programmes. We’ve made it easier for people to work flexibly, meaning they don’t need to prioritise between home and work. We encourage all our people to talk about their career aspirations and how they can fulfil them at Boden.

Closing the gender pay gap does not happen overnight. It takes time and it needs considered and thoughtful actions that are right for our people. We’ve made some steps forward, but we know there is more we need to do. We’re confident in the plans we’ve got in place to deliver this.
