The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. We'd like to embrace the whole of it, but things are not that simple. And our arms are not that long. In the meantime, the countries we deliver to include:
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and offer £4 postage for those of you who don't mind waiting an extra couple of d (UK customers only).

Express (Noon) Delivery: Monday-Thursday: orders received by 7pm will be delivered the next day before noon, excluding bank holid. Friday: orders received by 7pm will be delivered the next day (8am-8pm), excluding bank holid. We are currently unable to offer an Express Noon service on Saturd. Weekends: orders received by 5pm Sunday will be delivered Monday before noon, excluding bank holid. We aim to cover all areas with our Express service, but unfortunately it cannot be guaranteed in certain areas. We’ve partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Boden products to your country. When you buy your Boden products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e/Boden**.
How does "Click and Collect" work?
If you are in the UK you will be able to see a “Click and Collect” option when you look at our list of delivery options in the checkout. If you select it, our screens will guide you through finding a convenient location from which to pick up your parcel based on entering a town, postcode or railway station. Through our partners we are able to offer a range of locations from local convenience stores, major chain stores, Doddle collection points at railway stations, our Boden shop and Leicester warehouse. You can see the locations, details of the address, opening hours and where it is on the map provided. When you select a location, we will ask you for a mobile number and this number will only be passed to the people delivering your parcel to your chosen location to let you know when it will be ready to pick up. Your mobile number will not be used for any other purpose.
Standard delivery to the Click and Collect store is within 3 working d from the moment you submit your order. Express orders made before 7pm Monday to Friday will be delivered to the shop the following day. Delivery to the Click and Collect store is Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holid).
To collect your parcel, you will need the order number and valid proof of ID:
• MyHermes Parcelshops and Boden locations will accept a cheque guarantee/credit/debit card, bank/building society book, valid passport, cheque book or driving licence.
• DPD will only accept photo ID in the form of a valid passport or driving licence.
Please collect your parcel within the timescales shown below. After that your parcel will be returned to Boden:
• Hermes and Boden locations - 10 days
• DPD - 7 days
Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.
What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Don't worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn't be popular either). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.
Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order? and Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen d after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen d allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have three months to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
