Where do you deliver?
The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. We’d like to embrace the whole of it, but things are not that simple. And our arms are not that long. In the meantime, we aim to deliver to:
UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, British Forces Post Office.
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.
The Rest Of The World: Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Canada, Cayman Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, Israel, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates and Virgin Islands.
How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
This depends on where you live and how quickly you want your order. We’ve tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and offer £4 postage for those of you who don’t mind waiting an extra couple of days (UK customers only).

Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Do you always meet your delivery timescales?
We’d like to say yes, but it wouldn’t be strictly true. Sometimes events beyond our control (acts of God, alien invasions etc) prevent this from happening. We’ll even hold our hands up to the odd occasions when we’re the ones at fault for delaying an order (though we promise this doesn’t happen often). If the delivery is going to be delayed, we’ll email you straight away to say sorry, and see whether you still want us to send the order. We won’t take any money until the item has been despatched.
What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
Can I use UK registered post anywhere in the UK?
Registered post is only applicable in mainland UK. Unfortunately, it’s not guaranteed to certain areas. These are Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Postcodes: IV, HS, BT, IM, TR21-25, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50
What if I’m not in when you make a delivery?
Don’t worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they’ve called, but no one was at home. There’ll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn't be popular either). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.
