£2.50 per name Terms and Conditions

It will take a couple of weeks for the credit to appear on your account as we always check with the Mailing Preference Service (mpsonline.org.uk). This ensures that we don’t send unsolicited mail to recommended friends who are registered. Please note that, if asked, we will let your friend(s) know who recommended them. For every name you give us, provided we do not already have the person’s details, we will credit your Boden account with £2.50. You can provide us with up to six names per month all of whom must be 18 years or older.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Entrants must be UK-based. Employees of Boden and its suppliers are not eligible to enter the giveaway. The giveaway offer expires at 11.59pm on 17th June 2008 and every person who recommends at least one non-existing Boden customer over the age of 18 will be included in the giveaway draw. Boden accepts no responsibility/liability for any and all electronic, network, computer or other technical malfunctions or any human error that may occur on collecting, processing and transmission of data. In the event that data entered for the giveaway becomes corrupted, this data will be excluded from the prize draw. The 20 winners will be drawn at random by a member of the marketing team supervised by an independent Boden employee and notified by 24th June 2008. The judge of this competition will be the Boden marketing director. No communication will be entered into regarding the judging of the competition and the judge’s decision is final. No cash alternatives will be offered for any of these prizes although we may offer you vouchers instead of any of the prizes. Boden shall not be liable for any taxes associated with the prizes. One prize entry per household only and no purchase is necessary. Entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Lunch With Johnnie Prize Terms and Conditions

Johnnie Boden will buy the winner lunch, which is to be taken at the Boden head office canteen (North Acton, London) at a mutually convenient time to both prize winner and Johnnie. The winner should make their own way to Boden's offices at their own expense.

Beach Survival Kit Prize Terms and Conditions

The survival kit will be sent to the winner by recorded post with items from our Spring/Summer 2008 ranges and sun cream purchased from a leading high street retailer.

Your Weight In Ice Cream Prize Terms and Conditions

Upon declaring their weight, we will give the winner vouchers for their nearest supermarket to the equivalent ice-cream value. An alternative prize of Boden vouchers is available.

A Brace of Deckchairs Prize Terms and Conditions

The winner can choose their deckchair print (from a selection of Spring/Summer 2008 prints). The deckchairs will take a few weeks to produce and will then be sent by 31st July 2008.

A Selection of Johnnie's Favourite Albums Prize Terms and Conditions

CDs of the albums will be sent by recorded post to the winner.

One Year's Membership of The Caravan Club Prize Terms and Conditions

Membership will begin from within a week of notifying the winner, is non-transferable and will be in the name of the Boden account holder.

Factor 50 Sunscreen Prize Terms and Conditions

The sunscreen - purchased from a leading high street retailer - will be sent by recorded post to the winner.

A Yard of Johnnie's Favourite Dorset Bangers Prize Terms and Conditions

The winner can choose their sausage flavour from a selection. Subject to availability. The sausages will be sent directly from the supplier using their standard overnight courier.

The Boden Garden Gnome Prize Terms and Conditions

The Boden Garden Gnome will be sent to the winner by recorded post.

A Bag of Boiled Sweets Prize Terms and Conditions

The winner can choose their type of sweet from a selection. The sweets will be sent from the supplier to the winner by 31st July 2008.

10 Prizes of £1,000 of Boden Clothes Terms and Conditions

The winners’ accounts with Boden will each be credited with £1,000 by 1st July 2008
