We've tried to keep the prices down as much as possible and offer £4 postage for those of you who don't mind waiting an extra couple of days (UK customers only).

Express Delivery: Monday-Friday: orders received by 7pm will be delivered the next day, excluding bank holidays. We’ve partnered with Global-e, a third party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and ship your Boden products to your country. When you buy your Boden products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e/Boden**.
International Delivery Options
The world is our oyster. Or so we like to think. We'd like to embrace the whole of it, but things are not that simple. And our arms are not that long.

Please note, during sale your purchase may take longer to arrive.
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
How does "Click and Collect" work?
If you are in the UK you will be able to see a “Click and Collect” option when you look at our list of delivery options in the checkout. If you select it, our screens will guide you through finding a convenient location from which to pick up your parcel based on entering a town. Through our partners we are able to offer a range of locations from local convenience stores, major chain stores, our Boden shops and Leicester warehouse. You can see the locations, details of the address, opening hours and where it is on the map provided. When you select a location, we will ask you for a mobile number and this number will only be passed to the people delivering your parcel to your chosen location to let you know when it will be ready to pick up. Your mobile number will not be used for any other purpose.
Standard delivery to the Click and Collect store is within 3 working days from the moment you submit your order. Express orders made before 7pm Monday to Friday will be delivered to the shop the following day. Delivery to the Click and Collect store is Monday to Saturday (excluding Sunday and Public Holidays).
To collect your parcel, you will need the order number and valid proof of ID:
• MyHermes Parcelshops and Boden locations will accept a cheque guarantee/credit/debit card, bank/building society book, valid passport, cheque book or driving licence.
• DPD will only accept photo ID in the form of a valid passport or driving licence.
Please collect your parcel within the timescales shown below. After that your parcel will be returned to Boden:
• Hermes - 10 days
• DPD - 7 days
• Boden locations - 7 days
What if I'm not in when you make a delivery?
Don't worry. The nice man or woman who delivers your order will leave a card saying they've called, but no one was at home. There'll be instructions on how to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Can I have free postage on my order?
We know you all like free postage and we do offer it as part of a promotion from time-to-time but it is not an automatic 'right' for every customer. We have considered offering it all the time but the costs would have to be absorbed elsewhere (i.e. the price of the clothes going up, which wouldn't be popular either). The old cliché that 'the customer pays in the end' is true in this case I'm afraid.
