Q: Why hasn't my catalogue offer applied to my order?
A: As Sale items are already discounted we're not able to offer any further discounts such as percentage off, free postage or returns.

Q: How long do I have to return my Sale items?
A: You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund at any stage up to and including 7 working days after you have received your order. After this time, goods bought in the sale will not be refunded simply because you change your mind or do not like them. However, you may return them for an exchange or a credit voucher.

Q: I really need my order in a few days – can I upgrade my delivery to first class or registered?
A: Unfortunately, as we are so busy during our sale we do not offer any express delivery. All orders will be sent via standard post and will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Q: I'm buying some men's trousers and need them altered. Why can't I select this when ordering?
A: Unfortunately we don't offer tailoring on any sale items. This is due to the volume of orders that are processed through our warehouse.

Q: I had a number of items in my basket, but when I went to check out, I was told some had sold out. Why did you sell the things in my basket?
A: When an item is placed in your basket, it is not reserved. The item is only reserved once your order has been placed and confirmed. Unfortunately, during the time you were ordering other customers must have ordered the same items and confirmed their order before yours.

Q: Can I use the credit on my account on my Sale order?
A: Yes – to use your credit, please make a note in the Special Instructions box when placing your order. Please be aware that this will delay your order slightly.

Q: I really wanted an item but the website says it's sold out. Is there any chance you have one floating around?
A: If an item is showing as sold out on the website, unfortunately it's no longer available.

Q: How can I order full price items that are not in the sale?
A: Unfortunately, if an item from our range is not showing on our sale website, it is no longer available for purchase.
