If you are looking for a practical but stylish denim skirt then I would recommend this skirt without reservation. I ordered the 14 in the longer length - I am 5' 6 and the length came just slightly below my knee. Perfect. Good quality and a classic dark denim colour.

Excellent value, will get lots of use out if this skirt. I bought the denim option which works well at the moment with bare legs and summer tops but I'm sure will also work well with tights and a jumper later in the year. Will definitely order at least another one.

I bought this in the sale after hunting thehighstreet for a nice practical everyday-type basic denim skirt to alternate with jeans in this cool summer we're having. I love the colour, the fabric is good quality, it's well made and washes well. It fits the lilfestyle requirements. HOwever, I firstordered the size 16, which was very tight in the waist. I returned it and ordered the size 18. The 18 is enormously larger, so that the skirt is slightly too large on both waist andhips, and doesn't hang well. This makes it a little longer than I'd like. However, I've kept it, as it is "okay" and fit for purpose for casual wear, and I'm going to figure out how I can maybe take in the waista tad then it will hang better. Due to the size/shape problem, I reluctantly decided I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

I loved this skirt but unfortunately it's not good for a pear shape, I have a small waist and wide hips. However it is a lovely skirt and beautifully made, pease make some skirts for curves! I would spend a lot of money!

I ordered this skirt in the stone and white. Like one of the previous reviewers said the white is slightly (about 1 inch) bigger on the waist. The stone is a perfect fit for me. Although I am only 5'2" (so should be classed as petite) the length is perfect for me as I am short in the body, and sits just on the knee. Although slightly bigger I will also be keeping the white as it is not too big (although I would have preferred it to be the same sizing of the stone). If the white fit the same as the stone I would have given 5 stars instead of 4.
