I bought this skirt size 12 for casual and work wear. I am in between size 10-12. The skirt is slightly bigger. I suggest you go for a size smaller due to its quite stretchy fabric.

Fabric feels good quality with a slight stretch to it. Short enough to be 'cute' without being inappropriately short for office wear. I got this in black and it will go so well with all the shirts and blouses in my wardrobe. I have a feeling I will get a lot of wear out of this skirt!

I bought this in the 12 and was underwhelmed, but was wooed back again by all the reviews and by my desire for a good basic black skirt. I got it in the smaller size. It's not going to set the world on fire, but I have had a few compliments, and I think it's a keeper. I think the sizing is accurate - I have bought a few Boden 10 skirts now, and seems pretty much the same. A little shorter than I expected, and a slightly more bell-shaped line than the A-line I'd hoped for, but I seem to reach for it on a regular basis. Great quality, as per usual.

I bought the black skirt and also have the petrol coloured one. I find these skirts really comfortable, stylish and best of all - they don't wrinkle up after a long drive or a days work. They go with nearly everything in my wardrobe too, I love the 60's look!

I was thrilled to see this skirt make a reappearance in the Spring 2013 line, because I bought two of them in Autumn 2012. However, back then, I had to do a few returns to get the size right. I usually wear a 14 in Boden clothing, but in Autumn 2012, I ended up with a size 12 skirt (fits like a charm) and a size 14 (way too big, but black was sold out in size 12).

So this year, I think hey, I'll order a size 12! I did, and it was tiny. I returned it for a size 14. Ugh, can't zip it all the way. Now debating whether to try a 16 (probably not).

I found this skirt a little big on the waist (although I often have that problem), but overall very flattering. I got it in the longer length because I wanted to wear it for a Christening and work and it sits just on the knee (I'm 5ft 5in). I wore it on the weekend and a few people asked if I had lost weight (which I haven't).

For a small waisted, larger hipped lady, this skirt fits perfectly, thank you! A-lines and pencil skirts are just not for the likes of me so this design is brilliant. Would have ordererd the same in 'Petrol' but out of stock! More of the same please and maybe in a range of different colours for Autumn 2013 ie dark purple, green, navy,red?

I love the other Sixties style clothes you've got, and the button pockets made me think it would go nicely with the Audrey-esque tops. But it was far too big - I'm a 12 - and long - it just looked very shapeless and boring. I'd love a proper sixties mini!

I have the skirt in all 4 colours, finally getting the black skirt, as it was on back order. I'm generally a size 16/18 but found with the other colours a 14 fit perfectly, the 16 was loose on the waist. My daughter is a size 10, she fit into the black size 14 skirt that arrived, so Ive not sent it back but wont be ordering another one.
