I first ordered these in an 18 but they were too tight on the thigh and I couldn't pull them up. Upgraded to a 20 for a better fit. Still very snug on thigh (more noticable in the Vintage denim than the Dark denim) and a little loose on the waist but not uncomfortably so.
They are a nice shape when I'm standing and come up high enough to prevent "muffin-top" without being too high waisted. However, I have noticed that when I sit down, I look like I've got saddle bags! I think its because the fit is so much tighter on the thigh compared with the hip and waist, it pushes everything upwards.
A great leg length for me, the Long was just right for my 33 1/2 inch inside leg, as I normally struggle to find trousers long enough.
Both blue denim colours are lovely, with the dark denim being smart enough for work.
In the eternal search for perfect pair of jeans, these are pretty darn good.

Boden trousers are usually a great fit on me but my usual size 10 was disappointingly too baggy at the front. However when I exchanged for size 8 they were just perfect so my faith in Boden was once again restored.

They are great Jeans ,fit well around the bottom and waist which is a nice change
Except I still think the straight legs are more slim fitting ,I would have liked
A half an inch wider leg !
Would have made them more elegant and style wise longer lasting .
But I still recommend them
