I loved this design the minute I saw it on the website but waited until there was a discount before buying it. Living overseas, I really found the other reviews so helpful with sizing. I ended up buying a Size 10 and it looks great! I am busty so the top doesn't completely close but that enhances the more 'casual' look. I cannot wait to wear it!!! I like to dress 'smart casual' and will team it with a pair of indigo skinny jeans and a white shoe string strap top. If it doesn't look too 'matchy matchy' I will wear the gorgeous Boden sunshine yellow pumps with it as well!
Well done, Boden - I love this top and am seriously considering buying the white version as well!

I ordered this jacket in a size 12 & 14. I am slim with long arms. The sleeves on the size 12 were too short and although the 12 fitted me best I would have had to buy the looser fit size 14 for the better sleeve length. Nice jacket but somehow a little Mumsy - whether that was the crochet effect I don't know. I teamed it up with a favourite flowery maxi dress but that looked too "busy" and yet against my plain black maxi it still looked wrong. I ordered it when on sale but still feel it is really pricey. The crochet effect made the feel a little boardy. Not for me - sorry .

I really wanted to love this since online it looks so stylish. However, when I opened the packet the ecru was dull and dirty looking. It is rough and stiff almost string - like textured. Once on I found it an odd,boxy shape with baggy long sleeves. It just hung shapelessly. It went straight back. I found the cosmopolitan cardigan much more flattering (despite also having very long sleeves!) and it has buttons!

I received this cardigan a few days ago and it is certainly a great piece. I got it in yellow, as the other colors were not available in my size at that moment (Its no mystery it disappeared so quickly as it is really beautiful). The color is as depicted in the website - a true yellow, not lemony or mustard. The fit is really nice and really appreciate the elegant design. I love it when I find classic pieces with a twist and this cute, practical and funky cardigan is just that (I am sure Coco Chanel would love it :). I got my usual 8 and the fit was perfect. The material is 100% cotton, a major plus for me. I have no complaints whatsoever; it is perfect. Depending on the combinations with your other clothes it can look more formal-elegant or casual. Very versatile piece.

I love this so much I have just bought a second. I do not understand the comments about the arms being too long - I am 5'7" and have average length arms and the sleeves fit perfectly. really stylish. Both hasve washed beautifully on the hand wash cycle in my machine.

I thought this was going to be a great buy - looked stylish & so useful. What a disappointment. The colour was a washed out navy which jars with other navy purchases & just looks cheap. The sleeves were far too long - designed for a chimpanzee! May be better in another colour.
Boden - why isn't navy the same for every garment in the catalogue? Thst would be a true sign of quality!

Like others I thought the lack of fastenings a little odd, but the edges do meet in the middle so I could add some if needed.I've not yet washed it, so can't comment on care; I don't foresee any problems, though.
