This dress didn't fit me at all! I am a Boden size 12 - 5'9'' with a hourglass figure. Chest 39, waist 25, hips 39. The dress hung loose around the waist like a sack! - so I definitely would recommend it for a girl with less extreme curves than me. It would be great for work - just made me look really huge and frumpy.
Only buy if you have a straight up and down figure and a slim bum!

I absolutely love this dress, I am a curvy, busty, lady & usually am not too confident about buying clothes for myself but this dress makes me feel fantastic. I bought this in the navy pinstripe for work. I wasn't sure about the detailing at the front when this arrived but really liked it when I tried it on. I am a size 6 and this was a perfect fit - both around the bust and hips. The fabric is great quality and didn't crease too much despite a day sitting in the office. Looks nice with the cashmere cropped cardi if your office is a bit chilly. Lots of nice comments at work. I am tempted with another colour.

The fabric on this dress is lovely and the grey colour is a classic for work - I have kept the jacket and skirt. However, the twist/knot at the front just stuck out and looked really odd. I tried to fiddle with it, but to no avail. It just did not work for me - but I wonder if this would look better on less busty ladies...

I bought this dress as part of my work wardrobe for a new job. I was a bit worried about buying online but I trust Boden and thought it was worth the risk. And it certainly was. The dress (in navy pinstripe) is absolutely gorgeous. The detail makes it seems very feminine and the cut is very classic. It's made of beautiful fabric and nicely lined. It looks good on my curvy frame too - which can sometimes be problematic with dresses. I'm planning to wear it with nude heels to work - I can't wait. Thanks Boden!

I bought the Cranberry in 12L (needed for my bust in dresses). Sadly this was a neat fit for my shoulders but huge around my waist and hips. No point in sizing down as it would be too tight on my top half. Obviously for all you narrow shouldered ladies this will fit perfectly - but no good for me. Lovely material and colour but has to go back sadly.
