I bought this at the very last minute after being informed that an event I was going to was 'black tie'. Prince Charles was attending the evening supper so I was hearled into a bit of a panic when I realised I had absolutely nothing suitable in my wardrobe. It arrived the night before the event and my worries were put to rest as it fitted perfectly (the next day I did also buy a [...]rbra to go underneath and borrowed my daughters [...] to ensure it looked and felt exceptional!) I can assure you I felt absolutely wonderful and had no end of great comments about it so don't hesitate to buy this if you need something special.

A good fit around the bust, a lovely colour (orchid) and material felt luxurious but dress fabric clung to the lining so it just didn't hang properly and would be unwearable. Also felt a bit short (surprising, considering I'm only 5'4!).

Loved the dress on the website, but true colour was less pink, more of a mushroom shade. Dress was also very big around the bust and as soon as I did it up and let go of the zip, it ended up in a puddle around my ankles - vanity sizing perhaps?

I bought four of these dresses for my bridesmaids - it's really a lovely dress, and the rose detail at the front is gorgeous. However, the colour wasn't what I'd expected - the picture looks like a fairly light lilac colour, but in reality I'd say they were a mink or taupe colour and a lot darker than I wanted. Will be returning them.
