The dress is well made and the fabric is lovely. I am Boden 6/8 and the dress 6R fits me almost perfectly. I'm 168 cm tall and the hem ends way too high. I wish it would be at least 5 cm longer and fall on my knee – 6L would be perfect.

As soon as I took this dress out of the box I was praying that it would fit. The blue colouway is so beautiful and the fabric feels lovely. The dress fits me perfectly - I am usually a size14. - and is very flattering. The dress feels so comfortable when being worn , very light , cool and no tight bits.. Haven't actually worn it yet as saving it for a graduation at the end of June but I do keep trying it on just to make sure I do want to keep it. Only one problem which is why I am still a bit unsure, I am 5'1 and not over keen on my knees, and the dress is just a bit too short. There is a decent hem on it which I am wondering whether to let down but am worried I will make a mess of it as the fabric is so delicate.

I've got this dress in the grape print which is a little bit brighter than in the photos and very pretty. The dress is really well made, and I think a very flattering shape on me. I'm a standard Boden size 12 so that's what I bought and it's fitted at the waist, has a slim, but not tight skirt and loose top, which because it's silk drapes nicely and doesn't look bulky. I'm going to wear it for dressy daytime occasions as well as in the evening. My daughter's Uni graduation is next month and it will be perfect for that.

Really loved the dress before I put it on. Gorgeous colours and design and fab material. However once on the dress did not sit well over the hips - too baggy. The main problem was the sleeves, whilst a cap sleeve they really stuck out straight from the top of the shoulders.
Real shame as was very keen on this particular dress.

I love the fabric of this dress and the colours are beautiful. However, as has already been pointed out, the fit is rather odd. The skirt was too tight (size 12) but the top just too voluminous. If I size up I fear the silhouette will be very odd...This is one of several dresses I have tried and sent back in recent months. The Special Edition fabrics are lovely and the dresses well-made, such a pity about fit.

This is a beautiful dress, but sadly although it fitted the shape looked odd in my usual size. The top was too loose and made my 32E chest look even bigger and the skirt part was ok but slightly snug and I would have preferred just a teeny bit longer as it finished just above my knee which is not a flattering length. I wish Boden would do regular and long in LE as they do in the other range.I have returned other LE dresses simply because of the length issue which is a shame. The fabric is beautiful the dress is well made and I love the way the die fastens with poppers at the top. I am sthis dress will look fabulous on others it just wasn't right for me so I am reluctantly returning it.

Lovely dress in a high quality silk but just not the right shape for me as very tight on the bottom and very loose on the top resulting in an unflattering silhouette from the side! I am boden 10 but I ordered a 10 & a 12, the 10 was fine but the 12 was just too big on the top.
