Only a tiny 'con'....the stitching on the main vertical seam lining is right at the edge of the material. It's very easy to fray and tear then. A bit more material beyond the seam would be useful.

I love this jacket and intend to wear it with jeans when the better weather arrives. This longer jacket is the perfect length for me as I'm 5ft 8 and I've found other Boden jackets to be a bit short in the body. I went for the blue pinstripe design which looks exactly like the one in the photo. Its also really comfortable to wear and the fabric is lovely. Well done Boden!!

This is a fantastic jacket, made out of lovely wool and well cut. I love the fact that it is a bit longer than most Boden jackets, and has three buttons, so looks very classy and smart. The jacket washes well, and irons up to look like new, very rare for wool. The only little niggle would be that it is rather thin fabric for winter and I would have liked to see a bit more warmth, but for most of the year, it will be just fine.

Tried this and a more classic jacket from another shop as I wanted something to go with skirts, trousers and dresses for smart work and with jeans to be smart casual. Daughter said this one fitted the bill best as it has edge - great style and details such as the one coloured button hole and lovely lining. Feels very light to wear and won't be too hot indoors. You can push the sleeves up for a casual look. Quite expensive, but will be an investment. Saving up for the tailored dress now.

This jacket is very well cut and is made out of beautiful soft wool. The only problem with it for me is the very thin fabric - it is winter you know, Boden! so you might shiver a bit when wearing it. However, it looks very nice on, and helped me do very well at a recent job interview. I teamed it with the tapered trousers, which are exactly the right colour to make a suit. I chose charcoal, which looks much more expensive than the other colours, but found it difficult to find a white shirt etc to go with it from the selection. However, I will doubtless find one elsewhere, and this is a very smart suit - love the longer length-tres flattering.
