Daughter really liked the print and liked the idea of a tankini but both sizes did not fit. too short in the body and gappy at the top, the top just does not fit right. bottoms are ok but could be a bit more generous on the bottom.

We live in the Middle East, so use swimwear a lot. My daughter wanted a bikini (4 yrs), so we compromised on a tankini. Having read some of the reviews, I got 4-5 and 5-6 thinking they came up small. For smaller girls, it feels true to size and there is even some growing room.
Having had it only a week, I am slightly annoyed that the bottoms are looking worn already. That is the only down side though!

I purchased this for my nearly 6 year old daughter in 5-6. She really loves the print. The fit is good but just a little big around the arms (reason for 4 star)however I am still keeping it as she loves it.

My daughter picked out the "blush daisy heart" tankini for this summer. The colours are great and it looks gorgeous. My daughter is nearly 9 (2 months to go) - she is above average height (but not giraffe-like) and slim without being skinny... I bought the 9-10 assuming it would be fine but it is far too small. It barely reaches to her tummy button and she was adamant she couldn't wear it as it looked silly. We are exchanging it for the 11-12 instead. I would definitely recommend sizing up!
