My daughter loves this. Bought for the beach this summer but she's already wearing it after her bath.
The only down side was the fabric got a bit clicked by the guinea pigs toe nails but I can hardly blame Boden for that!

This is second one of these beach dress that I have bought. My daughter loved last years version (blue flowers) and she wore it on the beach, at home and after swimming, we got so much use out of it and it still looks like new. I have passed it on to a friends little girl. We have now traded up a size and this years version is just as good and a very pretty colour. I am sure we will need another next year and the year after that...

I bought the navy/pear pattern in size 9 for my very tall & very slim 7 year old. Great for this year (I'll stitch up the sleeves) and she should be able to wear it next year, too. She loved wearing it: comfortable and practical (although I'd rather the pears weren't white, as I'm not sure they'll stay that way).

My daughter loved this beach dress, and has had them before, but we always get the next size up (she has a big head, as she freely admits, and tops are a bit tight to get over it). The proper size always seems a bit small (short and generally a bit small) for this type of garment. She loves to wear it long and baggy anyway, and this way it'll last a few years. She's 7, we got her the 9-10, and it's not overly big on her.
She lived in it on a recent overseas holiday, perfect for warmth after a swim, or for a sunny day cover-up. Loved it so much we got another one for her friend.
