Bought the bird design in size 3-4 for my tall skinny little girl who is 3 in a few months. I was worried I would have to return it for the smaller size but it looks fine and with plenty of growing room! I bought it for our summer holiday but It will look great in the winter with tights or leggings! love the design it looks really cute and sophisticated. Wish they had it in my size!

This skirt is made from very good quality fabric and has beautiful colour. However it is a little bit too short. I bought 5-6 for my 5 years old daughter,it sits about inch above her knee (she is slightly taller than average). I compare the skirt with last year's crinkle skirt which is 4-5y, this skirt is even shorter! Anyway, my daugher loves it sooooo much, so we will keep it.

I got the yellow skirt during an offer but it was still returned as even with 30% off, this skirt was not worth it. Poor quality, especially compared to previous years and the yellow just wasn't that pretty. Poor show Boden! Go back and check the quality of the last year's blue skirt with birds - far superior!

This skirt is beautiful. My mum bought a blue one for my daughter and she loves the swirliness of it. She's wearing it today with leggings but it will look lovely with bare legs in the summer too. Can be dressed up or down.
My daughter is 6 and average height and build and the age 5-6 is the perfect fit. No need to size up or down.
However, bewware skinny minnies, my other daughter is very skinny and could not get away with a skirt like this as the waist on the 5-6 is slightly large and she is 10!
My other negative is the price -it's not a cheap skirt but considering how versatile it is, hopefully it'll get plenty of wear.
Really lovely skirt overall. I'm very tempted to buy the red one too!

I love this skirt in red for my nearly 8 year old. But, 7 to 8 is too short but fits round the waist and 9 to 10 is too big round the waist but is the perfect length. We need size 8 to 9 years! Please Boden, bring in 'in-between' sizing! Reluctantly going back!
