Purchased the stripy jacket for my daughter and have had lots of lovely comments about how attractive the coat is. Purchased it for skiing hol in few weeks, it looks equipped for the job .

I bought one of each colour for my 2 daughters. we live in Munich where it has been -20 this week and with a mid layer fleece and thermal vest, my daughters have been warm in this jacket. Only thing I would have liked is that the jacket would come up higher around the face, as a lot of ski jackets do.

Although the ink spot is sold out the stripy version is gorgeous! colours are much brighter and prettier than photo suggests. True to size and good quality. I would agree with the other reviewer, this is intended for skiing so isn't perhaps as bulky as you would expect. However, with appropriate layering the right jacket for extreme or normal winters. great buy!

I bought this item for my 2 year old for a ski holiday and it didnt disappoint. It looks stylish comfortable and light weight but plenty warm enough. I opted for the 3-4 yr size as she is tall which although a little too big looked absolutely fine on her so Iam hoping for a couple of years wear! Overall i am really pleased with the jacket and would say it is excellent quality and good value for money.

This is the second ski jacket I've bought from Boden. The first one survived two years of intensive skiiing and the one I've just bought is being used now. We live in Italy and ski most weekends so the jacket gets used a lot and I have no complaints. Like this one a ski jacket needs to be lightweight for ease of movement. Some reviewers would have liked a fleece lining but if the jacket is actually being used for skiing then a fleece lining is not necessary. My daughter loves all the pockets and the ski pass pocket is in exactly the right place! This jacket always receives lots of compliments on the slopes even from the Italian ski teachers. Well done on this one Boden. Please don't make any changes!

I think I must have rec'd a different jacket to some of the other reveiwers it isn't at all thin, it's perfect for cold weather, I bought both designs for my daughters, the striped version is gorgeous really bright and the colours look fab, and the spot suits my older daughter perfectly. My only issue was that they are big. I have big kids and had to buy a size down. I know some people like to buy up a size - I'm not a fan of doing this!

I go skiing every year and always love to get the boden ski jackets. These are comfy and brilliant for skiing. (especially when crashing!) Just as good as a fancy ski jacket from a ski shop. Also it makes me look stylish and cool n the slopes, and stops my parents from worrying beacuse I am easy to spot!

I know that modern technology means that an item doesn't have to be thick to be warm but this jacket has disappointed me. I bought this thinking it would be same as the boys ski jacket purchased for my son, which is fully fleece lined and just seems more cosy and substantial than the girls version. The only fleece in the girls version is in the hood, hence the thin and flimsy appearance. On a plus side, the colours are much brighter than on the photo and my little girl loves it, so will be keeping, and hope that it is indeed warm enough to ski in!!!

This is a gorgeous jacket (stripes). Absolutely stunning. Bought as a cold weather jacket for weekends and has already been nabbed as a school coat. It's gorgeous to look at and very warm, was perfect for ice skating at the weekend. Love it! Want to buy another for back up. Too cute!
