Bought these age 11 for a slim 10 year old and they fit fine with the use of the inside elastic tighteners. Nice to have growing room to get your moneys worth.

My daughter has an aversion to anything denim but as soon as she tried these on she loved them and wanted them in another colour as well. Bought the 11/12 for her-she is 10.5years. Material nice and soft and they look very stylish especially with the floral pattern on the turnups. Suitable to wear with a variety of tops.

I bought these and the ribbed footless tights for my slim 10 year old who loves the current fashion of wearing shorts over tights. They look great together and she is very happy with her new outfit - can't get her out of it. I ordered age 10 and the length is perfect, they are not too short so you can see where the ribbing starts on her tights but not too long so that they look like culottes. She is very slim so the adjustable waist is a bonus. Very happy with this purchase as she'll also be able to wear them when it's warmer minus the tights.

These shorts are fantastic, we ordered the size four ticking stripe for my tall three and a half year old. They are beautifully made, right down to the littel floral detail on the turn up on the leg. We ordered the four so that she will have room to grow and hopefully get a good 12 months out of them. My daughter says they are really comfy and they look gorgeous! I think we will need another colour now too!
