Beautiful pretty dress, which my granddaughter loves. Purchased the 3/4 year size and it is just a little bit large on average sized 3 year old - but still looks great and she will get lots of wear out of this dress (particularly as it can be worn with or without a t-shirt underneath).

I ordered the 4-5 yrs, Bluebell Pansy for my tall and solid nearly 3 yr old. The dress is a good length - I find that the little girls dresses from Boden tend to be indecently short - but this one was quite generous; whereas I often find the clothes a little straight, this one's design makes it generous enough to enable my 3 yr old to do all the things she needs to, without restriction. She hasn't worn it yet but is washed and ready for wear when the summer arrives - and seems to have washed well.

Bought the blue rose wellies in the sale to go with the matching anorak. All I can say is gorgeous. So well made but really stylish too.

The material, pattern and detailing are beautiful but the dress is absolutely huge! The length is fine, but I could fit my daughter and a friend in it width wise! I'm not fussed about things being baggy with room to grow but I think this will have to go back. A real shame because I love the fabric and stripy lining. A smaller size would be too short.

Got this dress today and it is much more beautiful than I expected it to be. It is quite big but my little one is not on the small side so it nearly fits but may fit as well next year.

Me and my 6.5year old old daughter were very excited when our (her) Boden order arrived, this dress was gorgeous looking, the colours were lovely and the material and cotton lining felt great, however....

The downside came with the fit, it was huge, like a sack! I got the 7-8yrs expecting that it may be a little on the big side as I was worried the 5-6 would be far too small, my daughter is approx 118cm height, 61cm chest and 56cm waist. But there was no way she could get away with wearing this. I also had a couple of other dresses age 7-8 in this order that fitted her fine!

She was very disappointed so I will exchange and try with the 5-6yrs, just hope it won't be too short.

Lovely dress . We got the bright pink pansy garden one and my daughter loves it . My daughter is 5 years old and she is 119 cms and size 5-6 fits her perfectly.

Lovely, lovely dress!!
Fits my 27month average sized daughter just below the knee in size 2-3. I bought this dress to wear to a family easter party and will be teaming it with stripy mauve boatneck top. When we tried this outfit on for size my daughter did'nt want to take it off and we had to put it on again to show daddy when he came home!!
Hopefully we will get plenty of wear out of it think it would also look great with leggings on cooler days.

I ordered the 3-4 for my petite nearly 3 year old, and it's gigantic on her! [...]I just hope the length is going to be ok but I can imagine it would fit broader girls better.
