I really like this tunic. When I first tried it on, I agree with the other reviewers that the material did feel a bit odd - cold against my skin. However, I've come to love it as it skims all problem areas, does not wrinkle at all and stays smart all day. I've had so many compliments when wearing it so it is a winner for me. One thing to note is that I'm a 10/12 but definitely needed the size 12 here.

This is lovely thick fabric. I am a small 12 and the size 12 is fine, not clingy at all. I could have got into a 10 but I didn't want it tight as it is pretty short.
It washes well, is well cut, very comfy and has some stretch in it.
I absolutely love this tunic. Just bought a purple one in the sale to go with my black one.

I liked this tunic when the autumn catalogue first came out but thought it was a bit expensive for what it was and also there were other items I liked more. I looked at it again when the sale first started but again there were other things I wanted first - and I was a bit put off by some of the reviews.

Then when the sale was advertised again after Christmas I thought I would send for it. I got the black version in my usual 10 but found it very hard to get on. It seemed very stiff and clingy - must have put on weight over the festive period! But next morning I tried it again and found it easier to get on and it seemed a bit less clingy so I wore it to work with leggings. I am wondering if it is stretching as I wear it.

I am basically happy with it now - I wear a lot of tunics and black/grey is a favourite combination for winter. I am just a a bit concerned about how it will wash given the comments of another reviewer who said hers shrunk.

I love this tunic dress, its great quality, not washed it yet so can't comment, but it seems to be very well made, great thick fabric and a real classic, just wish i'd ordered one in each colour. Looks great with sparkly tights or with leggings etc... love it

This tunic is fabulous! It looks great with leggings and boots and is a real confidence booster - lots of positive comments when I wore it out with friends on a night out. It fits really well; skims in all the right places and sits in between my knees and thighs. Can't praise it enough!

I loved the style so much I ordered both the black and purple! Live in tunics - as they hide a multitude of sins and can be dressed up or down. Loved the heavyweight fabric and looked beautifully cut off - unfortunately not so once on me!! I am curvy (large bust and hips), and this just didn't flatter me. If you have narrower hips and quite a flat tummy this will probably look fab, but on me didn't flatter. Sadly going back, as I love the design and the neckline is really flattering....would have sized up but then would have hung on neck, bust and shoulders!

I ordered this in the sale in the black/grey colourway in size 12.

It was long enough to wear as a dress, (I'm 5'4"), but was the wrong fit for me. The thick, nylony material clung around my stomach in a deeply unflattering way, whilst being a little too big around the chest/shoulders.

Not for me, unfortunately.
