I so wanted this tunic to fit! I ordered the size 6 in the grey/black colour. It is really lovely but when I tried it on it was all baggy on top and tight at the bottom. I've also been doing lots of spinning classes and the tops of my legs are trim, toned and not big! Such a shame as it really is a lovely tunic. Having to send this one back.

I was so much in love with the waterlily design that I had to have this tunic. First ordered size 18 because I usually need this for hips (especially with non-stretchy fabrics). Indeed it was ok at the bottom but far too big at the top. Looked like a sack and went straight back.
When there was a special offer I took the plunge and tried it in size 16 expecting it to be too small at the hips. But... surprise... it was perfect at the hips. So I am over the moon now and very happy. The only thing I can complain about is the fact that my Popeye upper-arms are a bit tight so I will not clean windows while wearing the tunic. All in all I am very happy and would suggest to others to maybe size down if you dare.

I woudn't recommend this to my friends because of the cut/shape which is just bizzare... Too tight around hips and too generous around waist and bust.
I'm 5ft and hourglass: 32 c/d, 26in waist and about 90 cm hips, so practically perfect! ;-) mind, I do work hard in the gym to stay that way!... and to fit into everything, though evidently not into this! Not even extra spin class can help, so this top will be going back! And it was so nearly perfect...

I bit the bullet and ordered this tunic which I loved as soon as I saw it in the autumn range, despite not so raving reviews. I shouldn't have worried as I think it's fabulous. I love the colours (purple crescent) as they bring a bit of brightness to what can be a dull and grey season. The material is great - the silk-cotton mix feels a bit sturdier than just silk and it will wear longer and it feels and looks gorgeous. The lining is good too. It's a good fit on me and unlike previous reviews I would not be tempted to order a size up. I would wear it with heels and tights for a night out, or boots and leggings/opaques for those days when you just need a colour injection! The only mark down is that it is expensive - if I didn't think I would get loads of wear out of it, I would not have ordered it! Otherwise, fabulous!

Ordered the Pink/Purple...truly dreadful colors and the tunic looks like any I could buy on the high street. Fit was good ( I am a size 8 and it fitted perfectly) but the tunic is nothing special and certainly NOT worth the price. The material is OK but nothing more. My husband laughed when he saw this on and I agree - It is very 'disco' 1970's...not a good look.
GARISH AND HARSH COLORS. They are sooo unflattering for an A/W season or any season, come to that. Boden, you really need to rethink your prints AND` your prices.

I Ordered this in my usual Boden size 6 and I would say this tunic is a very small size 6. I suggest sizing up when ordering.
I ordered the purple and the fabric pattern is lovely, so I may exchange for a larger size.
