A fabulous fit - a close fitting straight leg, perfect if calves are too chunky for skinnies. Love the colour range too, got the Iris & Winter Berry. - these have relegated my denim jeans to the back of my wardrobe!

These are a fab fit!!! I have very long legs 34 inch and this makes a pleasant change to find a pair of jeans that are long enough. I feel very with it as the legs come up quite skinny on me ( must have fat legs). The jeans sit nicely at my waist, with no cleavage or cold air!!! Lovely!!!

Definately on the snug side. I have two pairs of this seasons boden skinny cords in 16r that fit perfectly, but these straight leg jeans are an 18r and fit like skinny jeans on me. If you consider yourself to be between sizes go up a size for a correct fit. That said, these are good quality jeans, ideal with a tunic etc, great for everyday.

Nice shaped jeans not too skinny for those of us with a definite female shape! I bought the 8 in petite only just long enough and I am 5' 1" only so wouldn't recommend to anyone taller. Liked the berry colour but find it a tricky one to put with other things. Thinnish material but good enough. The 8 is like an 8 in a high street store not a generous boden 8.

I have tried so hard with Boden trousers/jeans over the past few years and basically had given up trying to find any that fit well. Well, welcome back Boden jeans! I only tried these because of the sale and the reviews that said they weren't 'spray on'. I had thought that they would be too low rise but I was mistaken. They fit beautifully at the waist and are slim fitting without the unflattering 'spray on' look. The colours are great - I have the Berry and Iris. Please Boden - DON'T CHANGE A THING11

Read the reviews saying these come up large and swapped my usual 14 for a 12. I can just about fasten them around my large waist but the fit is so good everywhere else I'm keeping them with promise to self to tidy up midriff post xmas. At a smidge under 5'8" the regular are fine for me.

I first ordered the indigo colour in a 12L and was very pleased. These were a good fit for me however the trousers were not as long as I expected and are only just long enough - certainly no length to turn up if I wanted, as per model photo.
So, I ordered the mid denim in the sale - these fit quite differently. Very tight on the upper leg (not good) and at least an inch longer in the leg (good). Also the colour is much more washed out than in the picture, so I'm still deciding whether to return this pair.
The material is thin - makes them softer to wear but definitely not the thickness you would expect in jeans.

I bought these earlier in the season in berry and was pleased with them. I sized up to the 16 to ensure they fitted on the hip and thigh but the waist was still nicely fitted and I could wear the jeans without a belt. I was so pleased that I took a chance on the yellow colour in the sale. The colour is wonderful - less bright than it appears in the pictures and far more wearable for that. However the cut and fit is quite different, especially around the waist. I would definitely need a belt to keep them from slipping down and making the tops of the thighs look baggy. I am torn as to whether I will keep them. I have had this problem with Boden before - I buy something and like it but when I order it in a different colour it comes in a different size and shape too! Surely an on-line retailer should be more consistent.
