I have some fleece tops from Boden that have served me well. This one is longer and that's really good. It's like wearing a blanket. I put it on and went out in it straight away! I bought the taupe and it's still not dirty. Seems to stay clean no matter what!

Can't think why anyone would have anything bad to say about this fleecy top. Granted the collar is a bit standy uppy but at least you won't get a cold neck! Super soft and nice to have the cotton lining. Chose the cream colour and glad I sized up otherwise would have been too snug. Bargain in the sale.

A great buy in the sale. Doubt I would've paid full price but delighted at half price. Bought the beige as I feel it will match any trousers I have. The lining is a lovely lilac and it's really cosy when worn with a long sleeved top underneath.

I wasn't expecting to like this top as much as I do, given the negative comments about the loose neck. However,I was pleasantly surprised. VERY comfy and comforting to wear-the neck is a BIT loose when done up, but I find this perfect as it is not so loose that it's gaping wide open, but not so tight that it feels restricting.Yet it still keeps your neck warm.
Love the fact that it a mostly cotton fleece; I find normal polyester fleeces make me perspire,unless the weather is very very cold. I also don't mind that the arms aren't lined. I think having just the body lined gives extra warmth where you need it, without bulk.
I'm 5'2" a bit pear-shaped and size 18, I ordered the 18 and it's fine-i could put a t-shirt or vest under and still be comfy, but it's not too baggy on it's own. fits nicely round hips and pockets lie nicely flat. Sleeves a bit long for me, but I'm used to this and not really a problem in a casual 'mooching around' top. I've knocked a star off because I don't like the way the neck looks when worn open, as the model is doing. I have the taupe, and the thick plain cotton band behind the button holes is not the same colour as the fleece-it spoils the look. Looks like it was meant to match, but doesn't, which is worse than being a completely different colour. I think it might have looked better made from the spotty contrast material.
Overall though, a good buy at the sale price and I would buy again in another colour.

like some of the other reviewers I bought this in the sale and it for that reason I did not send it back. One of the buttons was hanging off, not a good start, I have bad eye sight even with glasses so threading a needle is difficult!
I was a bit disappointed by the softness, thought it would have been a lot softer given the name.Like others have said shame the arms are not lined but I think that would make it a bit bulky. I bought a 12 and its very roomy.
Having said that it is warm washes well, handy deep pockets, a nice casual top.

I like this, especially at half price in the sale, but I would definitely go up a size if you want to wear it over anything or are the top end of your size. In fact going up 2 sizes might have been better for me as it's something I would put on instead of a jacket to go for a walk. I don't really like pockets in side seams as these can add bulk to the look but these are quite neatly done.
