I loved this skirt when it first came out, but it was a bit too pricey for me. But joy of joys I found it in the sale in my size. I ordered it in raisin and it is absolutely gorgeous. The colour is really versatile and goes with lots of my tops. The fit is perfect and I ordered the longer length which is perfect for me, just on the knee, which looks fab with thick tights and boots. Love it!

I LOVE CLOTHES AND WOULD BE A CANNY BUYER FROM THE INTERNET, I HAVE TO SAY I AM REALLY CHUFFED WITH MY NEW SKIRT. AFTER OPENING MY BODEN PARCEL BEFORE I EVEN TRIED IT ON I KNEW IT WAS A KEEPER. Lovely straight (not a-line) skirt, nice-to-the-touch velvet fabric, will look great with a red poloneck and aqua scarf with my navy tights and navy shoes, great for work. I'm 5'10" and the long just sits on my knee. All in all, a very nice investment and got it at 30% off so price about right.

I had so many compliments when I wore this skirt today. It's the first time I have worn it so I'm unsure how it will wash. The fabric is so soft and the lining means it doesnt stick to stockings. I bought the navy and the colours are beautiful. I am a 14R in Boden for my bottom half and it fits perfectly.

This skirt unfortunately was too big, I even checked the sizing to make sure it was the right size, I ordered blue which was lovely colours and fabulous material, but just too big, I have not reordered as it was knee length and at 5'6" I like skirts to sit just above the knee

I was so hoping, and when it came I thought lovely, but the L is just a tad too long (just below the knee which is a bit irritating), but the biggest moan must be, as someone else said, if you have to sit down and get up frequently, forget it - the petals turn up all over the place and it starts to look like a flying saucer. Such a shame, especially for the price, it would have been better to just gently tack the petals down to stop them curling up. Returning with regret.

I love the way that Boden can create a simple piece and then just add that little quirk which makes the garment stand out. Loving this skirt. I have the purple one. I thought it might have been one shade darker, however as it is velvet it does depend on the light catching it, etc. I am 5'8 and bought the long, it comes to knee level. I bought it with a discount voucher but even then perhaps a little pricey.

Bought this skirt in navy and love the design and colours, however, if you're planning on wearing it to work and you have a desk job which involves getting up and sitting down a lot, beware! By the end of the day the petals at the back of the skirt will all be sticking upwards rather than lying flat, especially those on the top row. I ended up flattening out the back of my skirt before I sat down again and I get out of my seat a lot of times in a typical day so this soon became rather tedious. However, I did also wear it on a day that was less typical and it was fine.
