another success - expected this to be a dismal failure but was oh so pleasantly surprised. The pleats lie totally flat, and do not appear bulky. The fabric is beautiful - have knocked a star off as it is expensive for a skirt - but will be great for special occasions in the heat at work

I bought this skirt two seasons ago in bluberry,magenta combination and it fits beautifully and evoked endless compliments from friends. just ordered same skirt in this season's grey and it is tight on the hips and loose on the waist. PLEASE Boden keep your sizings/cut the same in all garments. Most disappointed!

I ordered this in the long length first in green as most of Boden's skirts are well above the knee. But it was too long so I had it replaced with the regular length, which sits on the knee.

I bought this skirt in pewter. When it arrived I loved the colour and the style. When I unpacked it I wasnt that keen on the feel of the material - the silk felt slimy to me! When I tried it on it was a squeeze to get it done up. Im a size 14 going into a 12 but it was tight at the waist. I also found the button fiddly to do up. Once on it did nothing for me. The length was a bit too long and came on the knee which I find unflattering. The design just didnt look anything special on me. It may have been better in a more fitted pencil shape but it seemed to flare out from hip to hem and ended up looking ordinary. Its a shame - but its going back.
