I stalked this skirt in the sale in any colour way! It came up in my size in winter rhubarb, which was not the garish red I feared but a rich, deep, textured orange red which goes with a lot of my blue and grey tops and jumpers. I've had no issues with the lining (so far!) and although the length (I'm 5'4" and ordered a 14R) does seem a tad daring for a lady of my years, I've had nothing but compliments! The shape is very well cut and the ruched hem detail gives it a sophisticated edge: a mini skirt for grown ups!

This is a really lovely, useful skirt which I ordered despite the negative comments about the lining, thinking perhaps that if the skirt was loose the lining wouldn't rip. I ordered a 10R which fits perfectly, not tight, and lining in this type of skirt really improves it as it doesn't stick to your opaque tights. HOWEVER, like many other reviewers the lining seam has simply disintegrated after two wears and no washes. I don't think this is good enough, even at sale price.

Design is stylish , length (L) is good and practical BUT quality and fitting of lining below standard. Torn the lining on the first wear in getting into a car as well as having to raise the skirt half-way through my thighs at my age (56 )to be able to step out of the car (4 wheel drive ).Needs a wider lining to accommodate movement. Fortunately bought in the sale 2 weeks ago [$].Still not good enough

I got the sage rosebud a few weeks ago and had so many compliments I then bought rhubarb (which is a pretty deep coral)too! I've had no problems with the lining (yet) and i've worn it several times. The patterned one is great as you can pick out the individual colours in tights and tops. The rhubarb may be more of a challenge as it's quite bright, but i'm looking forward to wearing it. Great value in the sale and just that little bit different.

This is a super little skirt: pretty, comfortable and useable both for casual and smart. BUT, it's such a shame that it is let down by the sub-standard lining. The colour co-ordination is as pretty as always, but a severe degree of 'skimping' has taken place on the production line. The stitching is so close to the edges of the fraying fabric that it has come apart in two separate places. This is genuinely because of stinting on the use of fabric and not because I have a large bottom.

Bought this skirt in oatmeal and sage rosebud and was delighted with both, now tempted by the cadet blue and winter rhubarb designs. However was very disappointed to find that on both skirts the lining has come apart down one seam even though they were washed very carefully on a wool wash with a moderate spin. Hopefully this won't spoil my enjoyment of them! Will have to do a little emergency stitching .....

I love this skirt! I'm not really a mini girl, but this skirt looks fab with thick tights and a long boots. Bought the pinky colour way to team with the funky tank top in oatmeal ...the only downside is that I really struggled to find a long sleeve tee to go underneath in the same colour as the skirt.

Ordered the oatmeal skirt and loved it so much that I was lucky enough to obtain the blue one too.
Pretty pink lining under the blue one, sometimes visible when you sit down which I am told looks good.
I am 5ft3" and found the long length to be about knee length when standing, ideal.
Haven't found anything to dislike about them yet, hope they stay the same when washed.
