I am 5'2", waist 26, hips 33-4, and this skirt fits really well in a size 6 (just don't think I can eat very much in it...). I bought the blue flowers; wish the red was in stock, oh well! The belt gives it that little something extra to make it different from just another floral skirt.

This is the first skirt that I've bought in ages, maybe years, that actually fits. I'm a slim 5ft 9" with a slim waist. Skirts seem to be designed for women without waists these days so they always fit at the hips but gape open at the waist and drop down to a position that isn't flattering. This fits like a glove and looks lovely - hoorah!! The long length sit perfectly at my knees as well. Got two in the sale. Please, please make more like this

I love everything about this skirt - the colours are gorgeous, its shapely and flattering, the elastic belt synches you in, the fabric feels durable, so I'm hoping its a skirt for life. I am only 5'2" so I did need to take it up a hem length to bring it to mid knee which created the fab shape. I wasn't sure which size to order as I can be a 6, but I went on other comments and ordered the 8 which fits really comfortably.

I ordered this skirt to wear to a special occasion Sunday lunch with my family and it ticks all the right boxes! The quality is excellent and the fit perfect. I ordered a 10 standard length and it sits on my knee so spot on. Another good buy in the Boden sale!

The fabric is very beautiful. Unfortunately the style is such that will give a big-looking stomach even to the model. I bought the skirt twice in red fresco as I liked it so much but had to return it both times.

I ordered this in grey, the colour is great, very subtle and works with everything. The fit is also great for me, high waist and pencil shape usually suit me. One odd thing is sizing, I ordered 12L and it is as long as any 'on the knee' Boden skirts and dresses. This works for me because I like my hemlines longer, but I don't understand how this skirt fits under the 'above the knee' category. It is also quite snug on the waist and hips -- I usually like to have a bit more room, but it looks too pretty (and not too snug) to return.

This skirt is in a beautiful colour fabric and it's a lovely shape around the hips and legs - a real return to form after some very odd styles/patterns recently from Boden.

However, it's a real shame about the very tight waistband, (and I've got quite a small waist relative to the rest of me) which makes it impossible for me to tuck a top down the front without looking like a sausage tied in the middle!

I've tried wearing a top untucked and it doesn't look too bad. With the thick fabric and dark colours, this is far more of an autumn/winter skirt than a summer one anyway, so I think I'll put it away until later in the year and wear it with a jumper over the top. It's too pretty to part with, even though it's a funny fit!

BTW: I ordered a 12R in Red Fresco - a good knee length on my 5'4" frame.

I am usually a 12/14 in Boden skirts and found this pretty true to size. I ordered the 14 which is a good fit but not too snug. I think the fabric is good quality and the print is bold and summery. This skirt will be great for work and some casual occasions, stylish but not too formal.
