These are indeed beautiful shoes, I loved them at first sight, and I rally wish I could wear them, but they are so uncomfortable I just cannot walk at all :(. I am not sure why but my toes get pushed into the front and really get squashed in the toe opening to the point that I actually cannot walk. Such a shame, as they a gorgeous.

I ordered these as I'd liked them for ages and thought the bargain price was too good to miss. I ordered a size 39 (I'm a size 6) and they fitted perfectly. Maybe it's a bad thing that the Boden sizes fit me so well!! These sandals are gorgeous. Always attract admiring glances and positive comments. As they are wedges they are so easy to walk in too. Normally higher than I would go for but you don't notice this with a wedge. No negative points at all. Thanx Boden.

Ordered in a 39 on the off chance they would fit and they do....just a bit of a snug fit but will be fine... Love them and can't wait for the right time to wear...is winter still in New Zealand

These arrived this morning, I bought them in the sale for a great price but have eyed them all season! I was worried based on other reviews that they would be too tight, I am a standard 39 but Boden shoes sometimes come up narrow and I need to size up. However I had no option in the sale so ordered the 39 and they are a perfect fit. The raspberry is a lot more pink than I anticipated but that isn't a problem, I absolutely love them. They look stunning on, and although i haven't put them to the test yet they feel like they will be really comfy. Cannot recommend these shoes enough especially at these prices!!

These are truly gorgeous shoes. I don't wear heels very often and was surprised at how high these look out of the box but once on because of the platform they don't seem scarily high at all. The truffle colour is perfectly neutral and it goes with everything I own. I haven't had a problem with the straps as other reviewers have stated but I can't honestly describe these as 'comfortable' it's enough for me that these are not agonising to walk in, I will only be wearing them out for an evening not walking the children to school. A shame the truffle colour not in the sale but I figure I deserve a treat. If you are considering these then it's time you treated yourself too, they are definitely worth the money.

The style of these is lovely and they are very comfortable. Unfortunately there is slight bunching of the leather at the side of one of them, but the truffle in my size is sold out so I can't get a replacement. It's only noticeable close-up so shouldn't be seen too much!

What I find really odd about them is the shortness of the strap and the placing of the holes.

Another reviewer has said that she will have to get another hole punched in, and I will too, but there is no room for more than one hole as the strap is short, so hopefully one will be enough. The strangest thing is that there are several holes, including one punched in where the strap gets wider and that hole couldn't be used as the strap is too wide there to fit through the buckle. But even if the two holes next to it were used, it would mean the back strap was over an inch further in than the back of the shoe, and I have no idea why someone with a foot over an inch shorter than she shoe would not just buy the smaller size??

However, I've kept them as I do like the look of them very much and with a discount they were a bargain. Wish more thought had gone into hole-punching though!

Such a great colour. Bought the raspberry and it goes well with the dress I bought at the same time. I have fairly chunky legs and ankles but these seemed to make them look slimmer. Would work well in dressy or casual situation with jeans. Really comfortable, light and easy to walk in. No fit issues as described in other feedback. ordering the blue now and might be tempted by the purple.
