I ordered the cream and it's a much richer colour than expected, I love it. The downside is size. I am a petite 10 and this season have had to order size 8 because everything is coming up much bigger, this was no exception, so it is a little snug across the bust, and as usual the sleeves are too long, but I just turn the cuff over and kept it because it wears and washes well and I have had so many compliments on it, on the whole, lovely!

The grey is a lovely colour and I could live with the shine though that was the first thing my husband commented on when he saw it. It is a good fit in the shoulders and body. However, the sleeves are grossly too long by as much as 2-2 1/2 inches though I'm just under normal height and look truly awful.I looked hard at whether they could be shortened which is when I discovered the plackets on the sleeves of the one I received are slightly different lengths and the placement of the buttonholes was half an inch different. That made altering it impractically difficult plus there was a slight flaw in the fabric at a visible point in the collar so it's going back.

I bought the yellow shirt which is a gorgeous colour and fits well. I agree with other comments that it's a little tight over the bust but it's not so tight as to affect the way it hangs.

My only criticism is that the photograph is misleading re the buttons. They look the same colour on the photo but are in fact cheap,plastic and brownish which spoils the look. I'm going to have to buy some to make it look classier. I wish designers would pay more attention to details such as buttons as they can ruin an outfit and it's a bind having to sew replacements on. other than that - very pleased and will be very useful.

Very much liked this shirt when it arrived - I ordered the pewter and it is a gorgeous colour. The fabric is quite shiny like the photo on the model - I don't think the pics of the shirts on their own show very well how shiny this is. The fit on the sleeves and round the back was fine, but there wasn't enough shaping in the front to make this hang right on me. I am busty so perhaps that's the problem, the darts around the bust are not deep enough and so it pulls at the chest and under the arms. But for other body shapes I'm sure it would fit fine. Also it is quite short at the sides and only just tucked into my jeans. So it seemed fabulous in principle but I'm disappointed with the fit (for the 6th time this season.....)

This shirt is a good classic style. Unfortunately it was too tight across my
chest and the next size up I know would be
too big. I ordered the grey and it was a good colour that would have mixed and matched with many outfits. What a shame the sizing seemed
wrong on me.

I'm fairly petite but large bust, I ordered this in Red size 6. the fit around the shoulders and bust is good, no gaping, but the arms are too long and a bit too billowy, which spolis the overall fit of the shirt so sadly it's got to go back. :-(

I ordered it in cream. the colour is darker than some other cream shirts (like clotted cream) but looks good. Great with suits to wear to work but also smart for a night out, or could wear with jeans at the weekend. I am going to order some more in different colours.

Been looking for this type of shirt for ages. The colour (red) is fantastic. Only slight critisism is that I had expected a slightly heavier weight of material considering the price! Still.. it drapes nicely and I am considering getting another colour.

This was just what I was looking for,as I'd wanted a Red Silk shirt for a long time! When it arrived, the colour is fabulous- a True Clear red, not orangey at all. It actually looks much better then it does in the pictures!The Material is beautiful, it drapes well,and is well finished and designed, with a nice sharp collar-very classic. The addition of the small pocket on the chest, makes it suitable for Smart/Casual occasions,too, which makes it very versatile, and having taken advantage of the special offer-good value for money,too. I plan to wear it with dark indigo jeans,and a black cashmere cardigan, though it would look good with a pencil skirt, velvet cigarette pants, or leather!
The only critism I do have, is I think that the buttons could have been covered, but they are well made in any case, so will do.I ordered a 12 which fits very well, I am a 34B bust, so like it to be roomy but not too tight, and it was perfect! Well done, Boden.. if I didnt already have other shirts in those colours, I would have ordered more!
