I ordered this shirt in a size 12 - my usual size - but I often have trouble across the bust. I am a 34DD and the size 12 gaped at the buttons. I ordered a 14 and this is fine and not too big elsewhere. I really love this shirt and can see it going with the narrow leg, wool trousers I bought from Boden last year and many others. It is very smart looking or could just as easily be worn with jeans.

Bought the Black Crescent and looked forward to a real retro 60's vibe but aghhhhhhhh......the material is shiny and DISCO-ish...VERY poor quality for this price and although the pattern is fab, the sheen of the material takes any charm away. Its PURE 1970's disco ( not a good look any more unless you are looking for dance clothes, which I am not!) The material feels like yukky 'sateen' and NOT silk. Its truly vile and is going straight back. This could have been a superb top/shirt for A/W but the ghastly sheen is disco, not chic. The quality is simply not there. Normally, I um and ur about clothes but...as soon as I saw the shiny crumpled shirt that arrived, I knew it would be going back. Size-wise, I am a standard 8 and the fit was true to size, which is the ONLY thing this shirt has going for it.
