This woolly is made for people with stumpy arms! There's a 3 inch chilly and silly-looking gape above my wrists. I only hope I can stretch the arms in the wash. (This is a chronic problem for me with Boden tops, but this is the worst wrist-freezer yet. I buy Boden trousers because there's a Long fitting option for those with long legs; how about Long choice in tops for us Orang-utangs?)
Other worry is that the very first time I put it on the knit snagged. I'm afraid its going to look scruffy very quickly.
A shame, as its soft and cosy and I like the shape.

I would recommend this to a shorter friend. I am 6ft 1" tall and not particularly long in the body, but this, in my usual size 14, was too short for me. The sleeves were also too short, and were neither three quarter length, nor long. The empire line was just in the wrong place and it looked like I was wearing a child's jumper. It is a great shame as I liked the colour (pewter/grey) and the feel of it. But it is going back.

Hi, I like the design of this jumper, and the fit was ok apart from the usual too short sleeves! But after only 4 wears, the sleeves have gone really bobbly, and there's quite a few visible holes where the stitching is so loose, it looks scruffy and old already - not what you expect for such an expensive jumper.

Great everyday winter jumper. I have been looking for a wool jumper that I can wear everyday with either jeans or trousers and this one fits the bill! I bought the Pewter colour jumper and it looks great with jeans and black trousers.

I am a size 12 and bought the size 14 – they are a smaller make. If you have long arms this is not the jumper for you – the sleeves are on the short size, could do with another inch or so in length.

However (desite the sleeve length) it is still the perfect jumper for winter :)

I love this jumper. It's a flattering design and very warm. I bought it in sulphur. Have washed it once so far - left a handful of soft wool behind - is constantly shedding. Perhaps the alpaca part is not bound very well to the yarn? Expect fluffy bits to waft over your house if you want to live with this jumper. The sleeves could be a litttle longer please!

This sweater is a real disappointment: The color is certainly not as described (the silver is not a nice off-white, but a really dirty looking mix of pink-grey-beige- a truly weird looking (and unattractive ) combination. I did not like the grey sweater either- here again, the grey is not pretty. The cut is much too short and looks skimpy. On top of all this, the sweater leaves fuzz all over my clothes...

I am delighted with my purchase, so much so that I have ordered the same jumper in coral. I particularly like the cut, and the jumper is an excellent fit. I am a Boden 8-10 and ordered the 10 which is nice and roomy. Warmth is very important to me in an everyday jumper and this one is very warm, especially because of the extra length, but being fitted at the top it doesn't swamp my small frame. My only complaint is that the sleeves are skimped, too short, they don't cover my wrists, and I am small - taller people should beware. And now - colour: I like the yellow of this jumper, it suits me, but it is rather harsher than I expected, but cheaper chinese dyes tend to be this way, and at the price, including a 20% discount, one can't complain. Overall very good, apart from the sleeves, but that is a minor niggle.

It is bautiful, flattering -my partner said it really suited me-. I love the colour, the softness and the warmth. It's rapidly becoming my favourite jumper. I could spend all day in it.

Please could you produce a pair of straight cords (100% cotton) saphire or royal blue to go with it? Thanks!

Nice jumper with a bit of detailing and most importantly, decent length (midriff will safely remain covered). Soft too, I just hope it won't wear out too quickly as the wool does look delicate. I would happily order another one if there were more colour choices (not convinced by the yellow or salmon).
