I did like the cardigan at the price, but there was one wrong big thing wrong with it and that was that the colour of the cardigan is not as depicted online - its a turquoise blue online, but in reality it is a mallard colour - much more greenish blue. Shame, because if it had been a true aqua I would have kept it - so if you order it just be aware of this.

I love this cardigan. Have it in fig. It is not itchy, it is a little transparent, but I always wear something under my cardigans. Have worn it a lot and it is now going a bit bobbly. Usually I shave my bobbles off but I am not sure as I think some of the mohair effect might disappear. Also it snags easily which is quite noticeable with the semi-transparent look - which is a shame :-(

I bought this cardi in the dark blue which is a lovely shade. Some reviewers have found the mohair itchy but I've got fair and sensitive skin and I don't find it itchy at all. I also quite like the loose-knit quality as it makes it quite light and easy to wear. One thing I would say, though, is that the SLEEVES are rather short, considering they are presumably supposed to be full-length sleeves? I am 5' 9'' and a size 12, with not particularly over-long arms, and I find the sleeves just hit my wrist. Also, I'm not sure how well it will wash - haven't tried yet....

Picked up three of these in the sale. The gauzy weave is perfect to replace a couple of well-known stylish High St. favourites which are getting a bit threadbare. Love the colours, the delicate weave, the simple shape with the pretty pocket detail. Also, has a lovely deep 'V' before the first button which is so flattering if you have a sizeable bust. I am fairly slim otherwise, and ordered size 10 which fits beautifully. Otherwise usually a 12 but try to size down on knitwear to get a better fit. Most things from Boden look sadly very matronly on me, but this cardi is very flattering and I can see will be a huge favourite. Just need to decide which to return as all three are lovely, and the only items in my large sale haul that I will be keeping, sadly.

When I received this (a little while ago - I paid full price!) I loved it, although it is slightly itchy. Thin, but warm and cosy. I have the fig which is a really pretty colour. However, as I got it out of the bag, a button fell off - should have sent it straight back, but didn't. Have just worn it for second time, and behold, another button fell off! I am seriously concerned about the decline in Boden quality this season. Otherwise a lovely cardigan, so please sort this out!

I cant review this from the perspective of how it washes or wears etc as I have only just received.I read the other reviews, and see that some were not favourable.All i can say is that this is beautiful, so much so that I have ordered another in the pink (1st was deep aqua, which is darker than i expected, but still gorgeous colour)It is a very lightweight gauzy knit as described, so I dont think the intention is that its a winter cardigan, but I will wear it over a dress or long sleeve t shirt.I can see why people would say it may be itchy next to the skin, but come on-who would think mohair wouldnt be!!the frill detail on the pockets is perfect and very pretty.no buttons came off on my when Ive tried it on a few times either.I am a 10 in boden, but in cardys I always buy a 12, which I did here, and its just right, not shapeless at all and you can see that it is a semi fitted shape towards the waist.All together very flattering and I think the gauzy knit makes it more versatile as its delicate enough to wear other than just casual.Id have one in all the colours but mustnt go mad..

I was so disappointed with this cardigan: thin, fussy decoration on the pockets, ugly shape. So i sent it back and cannot find anything else that I want to replace it in this year's catalogue (except for the gorgeous but unaffordable cashmere knitwear!)
