I bought the dark blue one from the sale. Very nice cardy. Yes, it is darker than in the picture, but that is more of a plus than a minus. The beading and ruffles make it pretty and noticeable, but not over the top for work. Pills a bit under the arms, that is the only downside. Goes nicely with the denim pencil skirt I bought at the same time.

Ordered 2 in sale, still waiting for aqua one but cadet came today and it is a gorgeous colour, like a deep purple blue, ruffle is quite subtle, very pretty, could be worn in day over navy skirt or trousers or for an evening out.
Only criticism, it is short in body and sleeve, not sure I would have kept at the full price.

Sized up to a 14 as I like my cardigans a bit baggy, and having read the other reviews was glad I did. That said, the blue is a lovely soft colour, the quality of the knit is also very soft and the ruffles aren't at all overwhelming which was a potential danger. The sparkly bits are even quite subtle! I like the 3/4 length sleeves and the cardy itself is a proper length, not cropped off at the waist. Not sure how it will wash, but I'm really enjoying wearing it, and at over 50% off it was a real bargain. Thank you Boden!

I got this in the sale. What a bargain! I bought a 14 which is a good fit, but would prefer it slightly longer as I am very long waisted even though only 5ft 2in.
The aqua colour is rather greener and darker than in the picture, but I still like it. I wore it with jeans the other night and several people said what a nice cardi. It looks good open or done up. The embellishment is very pretty, very delicate and not as ruffly as I thought it would be. The sparkly bits are just right. Very pleased indeed and well worth the sale price. Excellent!

I love this cardigan as the embellishment adds that certain something without going completely over the top. I just wish I had paid more attention to the reviewer who suggested sizing up - I'm going to have to send my cardi back and replace it with the next size as I feel it is just a little too snug for my liking. Just hope there's one left in stock as I'm sure this will sell, sell, sell!

Nice feminine cardigan. Cadet lovely colour, goes with other Boden things in that colour, ie. fancy hem cord skirt. It is smallish (o.k. for me but I am small chested), and shortish almost cropped. I wear Cadet t-shirt under it to add length to both arms and body. Very well made, embellishments make it special but are not over the top. Recommend, but if you are large chested size up.
