Lovely cardigan and perfect for warmer winter days and will be great going into spring. However bought the size 10 when it came into stock in the navy fair isle. Normally a size 8 and occasionally 6, this On the basis that nearly all the reviews stated it was tiny and not to true to size and therefore thought the 10 would be ideal. However found the 10 really baggy, way to big around the waist. Might have go ahead and order the size 6 and try my luck. I do like cardigans in this style to be fitted, so if you want a roomy cardigan you can wear thicker clothing underneath perhaps you do need to upsize but if you want it nice and snug and fitted over a cami then stick to your true size. Regarding the Sleeves, which have also been a source of a lot of discussion being as they are cropped, are fine with a Long T-shirt underneath in a contrasting colour looks good.

I was really looking forward to this cardigan. I have my eye on it from when the winter clothes were first revealed and have held out until now and managed to get it in the sale, but what a disappointment. I had a feeling that the design was on the small size (see other comments on short sleeves) but this cardigan is minute! I could not believe it when I took it out of the bag. I am normally an 8-10, and find Boden sizing very inconsistent so never know which size to order. I got this in a 10 as I expected it might be on the small size and to allow for clothing underneath. It is very short in the length and with the short sleeves it just looks too small (which it is). Completely unsuitable and for the price very annoying.

I have this cardigan in the brown. It is really nice. It's lovely and soft and doesn't feel itchy at all. The colours are pefect; it will go with so many things!
I'm between an 8 and a 10 in Boden, and mostly wear 8s in knitwear. Having read the reviews, I bought the 10 and I'm pleased I did. The 8 would have been too small everywhere.

But, as other people have mentioned, the sleeves are strange. They are very, very tight. I have very thin arms (hamptons tee arms are baggy on me) but, for the first time in my life, I understand the term "sausage arms".
I also agree with others that it would have been better with full length sleeves. Three-quarter length sleeves seem a bit odd for winter knitwear and as a petite person, they come longer than 3/4 and look more like the cardiagn shrank in the wash. Plus the band near the bottom of the sleeve really looks as though it should be round the wrist, not somewhere between wrist and elbow.

WEll to my total suprise the fairisle cardigan I ordered yesterday at 5pm turned up a minute ago. So chuffed to bits it arrived so fast.
However... I just didnt realise the sleeves on this item would be 3/4 length and was really shocked. The cardigan itself was a shorter style which is fine as I am short anyway, but was just taken aback by the sleeve length. And do I really want shorter sleeves in the winter on a woolly cardigan ?
The colours are as expected, gorgeous and is very pretty on... just wish it was full length sleeve as I feel i need to roosh the sleeves up a bit to make it look better else I feel like Im wearing my daughters cardigan ???
Not sure as yet if I am going to keep it as I really wanted the fairisle jumper but was out of stock when I ordered it yesterday...oh what to do !!

I ordered this cardigan because It looked very cute in the pictures of the catalogue. I went for the brown one. When I received it, It looked nice and soft but when I put it on, I found the sleeves quite small for a size 14. It seems really sweet, it is rather thin and short and it must be appreciated especially for its style. If you are thin, this may be a perfect cardigan for you.

I love this cardigan, the colours are lush, it's a great fit and it's comfy - not scratchy....but, it's showing distinct signs of becoming 'bobbly' after just a couple of wears, so probably not in for the long haul!
