This dress is just fab! Beautiful design and fits like a glove. I am a size 8 and got the brown leaf. It's one of those dresses that you can easily dress up or down and I have done both with great success! If you're undecided, go for it! Really worth a try!

My first Boden purchase and I have purchased again! I ordered it in the colour modelled and in long length (8L) which falls to just below my knee (I'm 5"9). I'm quite flat chested (A) but didn't find any problems with the dress up top, in fact, it's really flattering! And the band falls perfectly on my waist, just like on the model! Thankfully the colours are MUCH brighter/bolder than the pictures shown. The sale price was a great saving too - and there's the added pleasure of knowing how much more expensive it once was! I didn't find the dress see-through, like some reviews said – you definitely can't see my underwear through it! It's a lightweight material, however. In my opinion that's a good thing and means the dress is super versatile for all seasons!

Bought the Blue Dizzy Spot. I wasn't sure about it at first because the colours are unusual, but it has really grown on me and I love it now. The colours appear darker than the online photo, which is no bad thing as it looks good with black tights & boots. In fact it can be dressed up with killer heals and a jacket or dressed down with boots and a cardi.
The waistband sits almost on my waist which is much more comfortable than the usual empire line, and is more forgiving on my size 16 curves. I have an E cup bust, but this has just the right neckline - it isn't too high up and not so low that shows any cleavage. The regular length falls to mid-knee.
The material is not thick, but it is not as thin as other people have commented on.
Overall it is very comfortable and looks great on, very flattering. I am really happy with it.

Was staying recently at an up-market hotel/restaurant near Oxford. Having breakfast when a tall willowy 20-something slunk into the restaurant in the brown version of this dress. Recognised it immediately as a Boden, even though I hadn't noted it as 'wow' in the catalogue. When I got home I looked it up but thought it was a bit pricey for what is a very thin, unwarm dress for this time of year. Resisted but then when the latest offer popped into my in-box I gave in and ordered the pink/red colourway. Love it. Looks great with black tights and heels or flat black boots. Hangs beautifully, although will need some sort of half-slip as it sticks badly to tights. Sizing is spot on and the regular hits my knees - I'm 5'2". Would wear to work with a cropped cashmere cardi or out for the evening. Just wish I could look willowy like her!
