Thought I would try this dress as it was so reduced. Don't usually wear halterneck dresses but this one is great. I vary between sizes 8 and 10 with Boden and tried them both. 8 was a perfect fit at the hips and waist but couldn't get the zip up at my chest! 10 was better even although slightly loose at hips but not noticeable. (It has to be said that I have very narrow hips, pity not a small stomach!). My 34D chest was well supported by the halterneck and I think! I could get away with not wearing a bra. Bought the lilac pattern and colours are lovely. Definitely worth a try!

Lovely dress. Well made and the halter neck is very flattering. Love the colours, quite bold and not for the faint hearted! Great for summer and a real bargain at the sale price.... so much so I bought the pink wave one too .... roll on summer!

I ordered this dress in the sale - size 10. I have a 32E chest so didn't want to risk going smaller having seen other comments - it fits perfectly around the top and although I could have done with a size 8 size in the skirt, it looks fine. Having tried it on several times, I love it so much I've ordered another two! Just waiting for summer to come to Melbourne now.

I was a bit hesitant at buying a halterneck dress but was pleasantly surprised as it fitted beautifully I found it made my slightly boyish figure look curvier and more feminine.

I was really drawn to this dress and finally decided to give it a try. I am normally size 12, sometimes 10 in t-shirts and cardis, and decided to go for size 12 L. I am 5'9'' and was initially a little worried the dress would not cover my knees, but it does! The pattern is a little vibrant for my taste, but when I put it on, it looks good. And the fit is perfect. So, at the sale price, it's a definite keeper.

I actually tried this earlier in the season but returned it as I didn't like it enough for the price. However I'm always one for a bargain so reordered and I'm glad I did. I didn't find the top too small (i'm a size 14 with a 34D bust), I normally buy a long but I felt the regular length just looked better - more balanced somehow. It sits at the top of my knee - i'm 5'7'. I'm a bit old to go bra less but a strapless bra works well. Worth a try.

Loved this dress - pear shapes love halternecks! Sized up to a 12 (being both cotton and straight I thought it best!) and the fit is fine (a tad loose round the back, which means it does tend to shift in a southerly direction when bending, but that's my problem not the dress!). Ordered the crocus hydrangea first and then the yellow hydrangea - both got plenty of wear on a recent holiday in Malta where the lovely bright colours and bold designs looked great. More hlaternecks in future please Johnnie - in tops as well as dresses!
