We’ve used floaty silk georgette to create a gorgeous, Grecian style dress with a tie belt and fluted sleeves. And scattered some dainty, handmade, silk flowers about the neckline for good measure.

What a stunning dress! I would never have been able to afford this had it not been in the sale, but I am delighted that it was.
The colour (green) is stronger than I imagined, but it's a beautiful intense emerald/spring leaf colour. The silk fabric is wonderful and just floats around me. The short, fluted cap sleeves are flattering and the dress just hits my knees (I'm 5' 6").
It looks wonderful and spring like with bare legs or 'naked' tights, but the quality of the fabric also means it can carry thicker black tights for winter if required. I am a Boden 6 and the size 6 looks tailored for a perfect fit, however I'm only a small 32B and I appreciate more well endowed ladies may struggle.
I think it may crease - although it survived the postage without a wrinkle in sight - however, I don't care if it does as I am completely in love with it (as you can probably tell!). The only problem is that I think it may have whetted my appetite for other Boden exclusives. I'd better start saving... Thanks Boden.

I ordered the green which is a beautiful colour, I was so looking forward to wearing this dress. Unfortunately to was way to small over the bust area, despite me ordering my usual boden size. Is probably better styled for pear shapes, rather than anyone a D cup or more. Sadly it went back.

I sent for this dress in both colours & love them both. I got them at the sale price which is even more delightful. I can only keep one & have struggled to decide which one but plumped for the green one. I haven't even got an occasion to wear it but I love it so much I just have to keep it. It fits my pear shape beautifully - I sometimes fit Boden size 12 dresses but 14 was better in this. It feels fabulous on - is a lovely colour and unlike some other reviewers, I love the flower detail colours.

This is a pretty dress with a flattering shape that suits me and makes a change from the ubiquitous empire line style. I ordered both colours in order to choose one. The green is a glorious, rich, beautiful, saturated green that I would call Emerald. By contrast, the flower trim on it is oddly dull and does nothing to compliment the green material. The dark dusky mauve colour is less striking but very attractive and the flower trim is also attractive and works well with the whole effect. The dress is in a crepe-like silk which may crease - although I have not worn it yet, I notice the ribbon tie at the back creases. The size is exactly right. I am usually either an 8 or a 10, and the 10 is just right, whereas usually 10 is on the ample side. I think if I keep either, it will be the dark mauve one. But I shall remember that what Boden calls 'leaf green' is a lovely colour! The images on the website show the colours accurately in my opinion.

I loved this dress when it came and if I could I would have kept it however it was much to short for me, my fault as I didn't look at the measurements details but went by the pictures, I am 5ft 7.5" and it was above my knees which is not a good look for me

This is an absolutely gorgeous dress.
I opted for the green colour and it is beautiful, as is the flower trim. The fit is good. I am a size 12-14 and got the dress in a 14. I opted for the larger size as Boden dresses can be a little tight on me around the bust. Having said that, it does fit on the bust without being too baggy elsewhere. The ties help in this respect.
Cannot wait to wear it out at Christmas.
