This is a lovely dress, I bought the dusk floral and absolutely love the colours and prints. Unfortunately it does not fit me, so I will have to return it. The upper part is a bit big for size 8, but the problem is that the waist is really loose and baggy so the dress looks awful on me. I am quite curvy and have wide hips so on me it looks bad - it is tight on my hips but very baggy on my waste. I think this dress with be ideal for a less curvy figure and will flatter a lady with a bigger upper body. Shame, it is a really beautiful dress!

I just love this dress. Bought it (Size 12) and wore the same day. Perfect for a hot day sightseeing. Its years since I've had a dress that felt so good. Very flattering shape. The short sleeves are perfect for my chunky arms. Lovely bright pattern. Thought it a little too loud to begin with but now I love it. Sad the summer is almost over - but I'll put it away carefully for next year.

I only gave this dress 4 stars, as I found the bust/back area was a bit baggy. However, I did buy this dress in the sale so I was more than happy with the amount of use I got from it, as it represented very good value. I chose the long length even though I am 5ft4, as I knew I would get more use from, what is supposed to be a beach dress. I did wear it at my Grandson's christening, with a white linen jacket and had lots of lovely comments about the print (dusk trailing bud).

I cant sing the praises of this dress enough. Have just come back from a Greek island where it came into its own. Fitted perfectly over a wet bikini, provided extra cover when I went to get lunch in the taverna and dried really quickly. Also dead easy to take off a wet bikini top and preserve your modesty.

This is a lovely light dress, good shape and the neckline is very comfy - doesn't gape like the cross over styles. Covers all the lumps and bumps - I sized up as my usual size wasn't availble and glad I did - and its loose but not baggy - good for hot weather. I seem to be all over the place on sizes this year. I agree that it is more helpful to show the model standing up which gives a better idea of fit.

Glad to have been introduced back to Boden (2 yr absence) by this dress thanks to a friend who just nabbed one in the sale. Living in the Med with at least 3 months of sweltering temperatures, I find most of Boden's summer dresses impractical - hot, clingy jersey, other cottons mostly lined, too English country garden look, or too formal (it's casual here!).
This dress is perfect! Air-Tex style material just the job, thin but seems to hang well, some sleeve makes it ideal for the odd meeting, and prints fun enough but not Chintzy floral.
I am 5'9 but got the regular length and it falls mid thigh but I can just about get away with it for a casual meeting, as well as every day with kids out and about. I am slim so no chest to fill the yoke part but with a size 8 (33 bust) it fitted fine. Now, I just need about four more of these next summer so please run this style in SS2013!

I bought the cream chrysanthenum and blue trailing floral in size 6 petite. They fit perfectly, pattern and colour is exactly as in picture. Lovely light cotton fabric for summer holidays. looks gorgeous on.
It's nice not to have to take in and shorten a dress, as I nearly always have to. Such a bargain in the sale too. Don't let them get away girls!
