I wasn't too sure about the gold colour at first, but it goes well with brown and green tones. I will wear this dress both in winter, with a top underneath and in Spring/summer on its own. It looks lovely with knee high boots.

I believed previous reviews and sized down from my usual 12 to 10 - the 10 did fit, but the bottom half of the dress was a bit tight, so I returned it for the 12. The 12 is definitely more comfortable and looks better, although is a bit baggy on the top half for those of us with smaller busts. However, people have said the dress looks good and I would only wear it with a top underneath it - I've worn it with a ribbed jumper and there is still plenty of room in it. Like other Boden short sleeved dresses I have, the sleeves are a bit baggy.

On one of my many visits to the Boden website I decided to look at the clearance section as our weather has gone back to rather winter like making it difficult to wear any spring/summer clothes. I (sadly) read all the reviews as I was unsure about what size to order and decided on a size 12. I am a standard 12 with Boden clothes and the high street and although a lot of reviews stated the dress came up large I went for my normal size as my waist is starting to fill out a bit (at the age of 43 I think its called mid life spread). Ordered the navy, raisin and gold thinking I would send two back but they are very flattering dresses and I have kept all three. The regular is a perfect length, on the knee and I am 5 foot 1 1/2 and the shape and style skims your body so not emphasising any lumps and bumps. The gold has got quite a green colour to it but I expected that after reading the reviews. This is a fab dress and especially at the sale price and I definately recommend.

I bought this dress in the sale and hadn't expected it to be so lovely, was worried it would suit a slimmer person. I have now bought 2 of these and get complimented every time I wear them.

Ordered in both Raisin & Navy but much preferred the Raisin colour. Not worn it yet but tried it on. I am a size 14/16 and the 14 fits perfectly. It can be dressed up or down & best of all feels so comfortable! I've not ticked any of the con boxes as not worn/washed it yet. I can't wait to wear it!

Ordered my usual 12 and it hung like a sack and the 10R was too short. Ordered 10L in Antique Brass in the sale. More lichen than brass but amazing fit and sooo many compliments. Looks great with a long sleeved T under or by itself. I love it.

Dress just arrived so haven't washed yet but love it so much have ordered another already!Really looks good and the greeny hue was a great surprise on the bronze description.I am a 12-14 and although there is plenty of room fitwise on my lower half, it's super flattering on my ample bosom and I think a 12 would have been too snug in that area.Looking forward to lots of wear throughout the year with and with-out a T shirt underneath.Very pleased indeed!
