I wish I had bought this dress earlier in the seasopn, but the price put me off and the reviews ! It is a beautiful dress, slightly shaped at the waist, and a thick fabric. that holds its shape beautifully. Probably too thick to wear with one of your winter jackets but the black is certainly smart enough for work - and I just wish that now you had either the blue or purple in my size !

At 5ft 7 the long was just on knee - very flattering length. if you are hesitant give this dress a try! Grab a bargain before they disappear.

Good quality dress, but you should certainly size down. I bougth the Navy in size 8L (I´m usually wearing size 10 or 38 or M). I love the material, it´s nice and heavy.

This dress is everything that I wanted it to be. I am tall (5ft 10ins)and curvy and it is very forgiving and flattering with the longer length falling just below my knee . I bought the purple which is a gorgeous rich shade. Great quality material and a style that you can accessorise and dress up. I plan to wear it to work with thick tights but I can also see me wearing it for smart/casual nights out when I don't want to wear jeans. The only question is can I resist buying the navy one too!

Oh my, I can't tell you how gorgeous this dress is, I am so excited. Fabric is beautiful and hangs fabulously.
I ordered Navy in size 8 but it was bag like. I swapped for a size 6 (I've never been a size 6, EVER)in purple, navy sold out sadly.
Didn't think I'd love the purple but the dress is so fab the colour barely matters, although not sure I'd pull off the yellow!
I've tried maybe 10 boden dresses this season and this is the only keeper. At last I have a big smile and a Boden glow. :) Thank you!

Order a size smaller as not tailored. I'm a size 16, and as busty, ordered an 18 cardi from Boden once and the buttons still pulled. This dress however I should have just ordered a 16 as it is over generous. It is not tailored so just hangs A-line from bust. Altho a bit shapeless, I would recommend this, as I have teamed my yellow gold dress with aubergine boots and belt. A bit funky without looking like mutton. Lovely heavy material- good quality. Design at cuffs and hem just lift it from being run-of-the-mill. If you just want to wear it as dress without accessorising, I suggest order a size smaller and be no more than a 12/14 or else you may look like a sack of spuds.

I wanted this dress to be just above the knee and fairly fitted. I'm slim and 5'9''. It took a couple of goes to get the sizing right, but going a size smaller and ordering a regular gave me the look I wanted...not at all sack like if you get the sizing right. Very pleased with it so bought two :)
