Had my eye on this dress for ages but thought it was too expensive. Delighted when it went into the sale, a fantastic saving. Snapped it up in the beautiful green colour and wore it on Hogmanay to a party.I'm a size 8 and 5ft 9 and it fitted great. Might be a bit long if you are shorter but for me it was perfect It is so comfortable, different to the usual high street dresses & looks really classy. I'm sure I'll be wearing it for years to come.

I am a size 14/16 5 7 tall and this dress makes
me feel slim and fantastic. It hugs gently in all
the right places, but not tight at all. The waist
fits perfectly and gives a lovely shape from the front and side giving an attractive curve to the back. Pure silk, sale price, feels very sexy on and classy. A wonderful dress I can't wait to wear. A classic that will look great on a summers evening for alfesco suppers while on holiday as well as this New Years Eve Party.

Ordered this in blue and is fabulous value in the sale. The silk is delicate and the 'self pattern' different and stylish. I found the length just right for sheer legs and mid height patent heels. This is not going to be a hardwearing item and is dry clean only (so need to be careful), but will carry easily through to summer. A 20 year old family friend thought it looked 'fab' on me, which made me smile!

Beautiful item. Nice fabric, good quality, lovely navy colour. Expensive (I needed it for an occasion therefore could not wait until it was 50% off). The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is the sizing. Maybe I am too skinny for the Boden sizing (this is my first buy) but it still has some room to be tighter especially at the waist area (I got size 6). As for a dress it was OK (and I did get a lot of comliments when wearing it to a party) but I doubt if it would work for a skirt or trousers.

I think this needed to be a couple of inches longer to balance the shape which looked a bit blocky. None of the website photos allow you to see the length so it's hard to judge the look from them. Beautiful detailing however.

I bought this dress in the green, having had my eye on it for a while - the 40% off was the deal breaker. It is lovely material, although dry clean only is always a pain. I love the applique flowers. I am a pear shape and can't often wear shift dresses but I could JUST squeeze my bottom in so it looks fine. I have said that this dress is versatile because you could wear it as a tunic or as a dress. I will be wearing it with tights and boots. For preference I would have preferred it to be a bit longer for a dress and a bit shorter for a tunic.
