What a huge, huge disappointment.This could have been such a fantastic jacket if the sizing had better.I bought an 8P, being 5'2 with a 34A bust and 28' waist.This jacket had so much excess material across the chest and round the waist it would have fitted a 38DD at least.Boden, you really need to cater better for the small busted petites we are not all Dolly Partons.

I love this jacket, it's so stylish and immediately creates an elegant casual look. I received compliments the first time I wore it. Great design, great fit and perfect for summer events or casual days. Would like to see this back again in more colours, and a similar version for the winter.

This jacket wasn't available in my regular size 10 so decided to take a chance on the petite size 12. It fits well tho slightly tight across the chest but a size 14 might have been too big. It is quite fitted in that the waist tapers slightly which makes it very figure-hugging and in my opinion figure-flattering. The fabrication is quite substantial so it isn't really a light-weight summer jacket even though, in the foto, it looks as though it is. It's probably not for casual wear either because it is so structured. That said, I think it is the perfect ultra-smart jacket for formal, professional occasions and is just that bit unique and different to what is available on the high street. I intend to wear it to council meetings and to help me look the part in the council chamber. Who said politics and dressing to impress don't go together? I think the voters will approve!

I have been looking for a navy blue blazer for a long time now... I love the fashion driven styles of the schoolboy blazer but as I'm fast approaching 40 I felt too old to carry it off.... That is why I loved this style it has the fashion edge but in a classic way it looks lovely with a white tshirt and jeans but looks equally fantastic with my summer dresses. This is a jacket that will be in my wardrobe for the rest of time. A fantastic little investment. I'm so pleased I found it!!

I bought this jacket in the stripe first and then later bought the navy. They're perfect to wear with jeans for a smart/casual look and the new petite sizing means they fit perfectly.

I had given up on Boden. Your beautiful clothes just didn't suit my body shape, small, big busted,short torso.I read the positive reviews for this jacket and decided to give Boden one last chance. I'm so glad I did. This jacket in 14p is perfect. It fits perfectly and looks classic and expensive. More of this please. Not all of us are 5ft 7 twigs!

This is a lovely jacket, it looks and feels comfortable and stylish. However, at 5'10" the sleeves are about 2in too short.... Other than that the fit is great, I would say it fits true to size.

I can now understand why the model on the picture has her sleeves rolled up - I think that's what I will be doing with mine, otherwise it looks like it's too small for me, even though the fit is right everywhere else...

I loved the look of this jacket in the two pictures however on arrival I instantly knew it way too big. I ordered a size 8 petite as I am 160cm tall and have a slim frame and expected it to be fitted and tailored around the waist and look great with a pair of jeans and heels however I felt like I was wearing a mans jacket. In particular the arms were almost double the width of my arms so did not feel good at all. The jacket was extremely well made, beautiful fabrics used and clearly of high quality and technique. It just needed to be a different design to make it tailored and sexy. Was my very first Boden purchase so disappointed to return but will look again for other jackets in the hope of finding a great fit.

This jacket is everything I had hoped for. The petite fit means that I don't have that horrible baggy bit at the back that I get with a normal sized jacket, and the sleeve length is perfect on me too. I've had some lovely compliments when wearing it, and I couldn't be happier with it!
