I ordered this in Fudge Fairisle and they are fine. My hands are large (I normally take size 8), but long and thin rather than fat or square, and these fit well. You have to pull them on, but I wouldn't want them any larger, they are just right. The pattern was the only one remaining in the sale and i would have preferred 1) Raisin Stripe or 2) Silver Spot, but those not being available, the Fudge is fine. Not too prickly, keeps you warm on those days when you don't need the sheepskin or leather gloves, and more practical as you don't have to worry about them getting wet, dirty, etc etc. At the sale price, they are quite expendable and will do fine in the meantime!

Having read various negative reviews, I ordered with caution. Boden, I think the biggest problem with these gloves is that they are over priced for what they are. However, I got a generous discount to help me get over this! I ordered the rasin and the colours are lovely. I don't find the wool scratchy, though perhaps a little thin. Good fit on a petite me and the longer length keeps my wrists warm. Hoping to get the matching scarf in the sale!

I had missed the gloves completely till the temperatures dropped and the realisation hit that I had got rid of my old ones. Looked at loads of gloves but did not like any till I saw these on catch of the day. [...]I bought these in raisin stripe colour. I absolutely love the colours and also the long length, no more cold wrists!! They fit me perfectly and I think in catch of the day they were good value for money. The only reason I have taken one star away is because they seem to leave a strange chemical smell but I am sure this will be alright once washed.

Despite some other rather negative reviews, I really like these gloves. I have the pale blue spot ones. They are very pretty, I'm loving the longer length as they will keep me warmer than average gloves. The wool feels warm and I don't think they will be itchy (I guess that might be different in a scarf). The downside and reason for 4* rather than 5*, is they are quite snug. Not excessively tight (although let's hope they don't shrink in the wash), but I will have to remove my engagement ring to wear them (not thrilled about that) or it is likely the stone would snag them.

Love the style of the silver gloves in the spot. A little different. Was put off by other reviews but decided to order and make uo my own mind.
They look good. A little itchy but I would wear. Slightly 2 tight. Haven't every had problems with gloves size before. Think because they aren't stretchy at all.
Was tempted to keep but the inside stiching is odd. Very loose, easily pulls. Had to take wedding ring off or would have got stuck. Nail snagged on loose wool. Never had gloves like this before!! Going back.

Loved the colour of these gloves and the longer length. The first pair arrived with a hole near the thumb...the replacement pair had a hole on the forearm....I am not going to bother trying a third pair. Very disapointed!! Did not expect this poor quality from Boden. Think I will stick with Joules gloves this year!

Bought these gloves with my £10 voucher - so only had to pay £[$]-yet I still feel they are bad quality for money. The wool is awful - smells, looks and feels cheap. I can't believe Boden has tried to pass these off as Boden standard - it seems that Boden are trying to use new suppliers whose quality of materials are not as good.V disappointed, back go the gloves.

I ordered these in the aqua spot. The colour is actually more turquoise although on the website they look like a light blue. I actually like the turquoise colour and I like the length but they are very itchy on the arms on me. The thumb stitching on the left glove has small holes - it looks like someone has tried them on and has stretched the stitching or perhaps they're just poorly made. These are definitely not up to the usual Boden quality and very expensive for what they are. Back they go...
