It seemed terribly expensive for just a belt, but now I've had it a while, I don't think that at all - it's an investment. I bought the pewter metallic belt and I really love it as it brings an extra little something to a dull outfit, something a little bit more interesting than a plain black belt would do on a grey or black dress, for example. It also looks good with denim so perfect fro smartening up a denim skirt for work. I wasn't sure if i would really like the pewter colour at all, but it actually goes with so many things really well. I love the little touch of colour that the purple reverse gives it - hardly noticeable at all, but just shows the quality of the belt close up. It's a belt I shall keep and wear for years to come as it is so versatile and such good quality. I will certainly buy another one if I get the chance.

I have this fabulous belt in Olive Dalmation and Pewter and I wear them both constantly. They make a very ordinary pair of non-Boden jeans (as they are too short for me) look a bit special. I like the fact that the dalmation one has rivets in the holes, which makes it feel more durable. But the pewter one is wearing extremely well too. I would love one in each colour, they are great belts.

Lovely belt but should have read the reviews and sized down. I'm an 8-10 and an XS is the right size if I want to be able to wear it around my waist as well as with low-rise jeans.

I bought the pewter to match the shoes I had bought. I agree with other reviewer that the colour was on the brownish side as I was expecting it to be more silvery. However, I have kept both items.
The one thing I would comment on was the belt is quite long. I am a size 10 and bought size S, but could have easily had downsized to the XS.

My third skinny belf from this range. Ordered in the pewter. It is lovely. Gorgeous plum colour inside makes it a little different. Stylish silver buckle. A definite keeper...........
Would have given 5 stars had it been reversible Boden. Such a shame to keep the gorgeous pplum underside hidden.

I bought this in Pewter: M, expecting a silver or a grey finish. However, in reality the belt is a muddy brown colour.

As I quite like brown, (although I have absolutely no need of another brown belt!) I have decided to keep it, mainly because I lack the will to return it.

On the plus side: Reasonable value with a discount and the M fits me loosely around the waist on its smallest notch and also around the hips with trousers. (I'm size 12).

This is really such lovely quality I can see me wearing it for years to come - much more substantial than I was expecting somehow, being used to much cheaper belts I suppose. I have bought the pewter, which I'm hoping will jazz up some black outfits for work but also I think it will go well with jeans or quite a dressy kind of dress. So, a good all rounder. My only reservation is the inside colour, of purple - I just hope it doesn't limit what I wear it with too much as it shows on the edges which I wasn't really expecting, but I'm hoping that it will just go so well with black it will look simply stunning. I'm planning what to wear for work tomorrow so I can wear it. It was expensive, but now I've seen it I can see why. I think I need a few more before I really make up my mind though, so will definitely look out for these again.
