Bought these in the sale and would definitely recommend: they're soft, comfy, easy to care for and my daughter always chooses them over other trousers. (They actually prompted her to learn the word "trousers", which was a nice side benefit.) Have purchased another pair in the sale to grow into.

These are just fab and at [$] in the sale a total bargain. My 4 year old loves them and enjoys putting them on late afternoon usually after she's spilt something down herself! They are supersoft and although very PJ like look very cute with the Boden 'uggs' and a big jumper.

Bought these in "fuschia check" in age 8 for my tall 7 year old. As soon as I took them out of the bag, I was very pleased with them. (even though they are just like pyjama bottoms) They looked nice, cosy, & soft. The perfect bottoms to wear around the house when my daugher comes home from school, & for lounging around the house in on a sunday morning. I dont think she would wear them out of the house as they are no differnt to pyjama bottoms.Daughter loves them, she wears them with the pointelle marl tops (which she has in 6 different colours) Will be lookking at buying some for my son as well.

I bought these trousers in the blue check in age 12 for my tall & slim 10 year old daughter and they fit perfectly. My daughter absolutely adores these trousers and puts them on as soon as she gets back from school to "slouch" about in! The material is good quality,soft and comfortable. They also wash very well and come out of the tumble drier like new. A definite winner!

These trousers are very soft and comfy, however I feel they are let down by the design as they look too much like pyjamas - I'm not the only one who thinks so either as my daughter was asked why she was wearing her pyjamas the three times she went out wearing these.
I like the style/design of the boys baggies and think the girls ones should have the large pockets on the sides too(My daughter had a pair a few years ago and they were a much nicer design).
My daughter loves them, but I would not let her wear them out of the house, so I think they are expensive for what they are.

Thank goodness these are back, thank you Boden.
I have bought size 7y for my almost 7 year old and size 5y for my just turned 5 year old. My 7 year old is fairly average height, maybe on the smaller side of 'average' and they fit her perfectly, waist and length. My 5 year old is also average size however her trousers are a little on the long side but nothing a turned over waist band won't fix!
We bought the blue check with the raspberry everday t-shirt and the purple check with the leaf green everyday t-shirt. My daughters love this outfit and now won't take it off, they keep telling me it's all "So comfy". I bought these outfits for them to climb into after school and to keep warm and comfortable after swimming lessons. I think I'll be ordering more before these sell out as soon as the weather changes.

Was so glad to see Boden doing this design for girls again. My eldest daughter had some trousers in this style years ago when she was a baby and they got passed onto her sister and lasted so well. Their older brother always has a pair of these and I prefer them to tracksuit bottoms for casual clothes.
Bought the blue for my average sized 4 and a half year old in size 5 and bought size 10 for my tall 8 and a half year old daughter in pink. Both fit very well although need a turn up but am hoping these will last ages so more than happy to have them a little long to begin with.
Both colours look great, the blue looks very sweet with pink tops and the pink looks great with purple tops due to the colour of the checks.
Love the elasticated waist which can be tightened with the ribbon style waist tie.
Had to buy them early in the season because I couldn't risk them selling out and because I knew they'd be perfect both for travelling in and for our summer holiday in Cornwall.
Great job Boden, more of these next season too please!

These are lovely, as all Boden tartan baggies are. However, be warned, one of the the colours appears to be white? It's not, it's a cream colour so gives the impression the colour has faded and that they have been worn many times!
