I loved this as did my very selective daughter, its a good fit and the drawstring helps make the fit perfect. The only slight downside is that the skirt doesn't seem to have washed brilliantly the pleats have gone a bit flat but it is a minor comment as its is a lovely skirt which attracts lots of admiring comments and we have also bought the green cord one!

I am usually so impressed with all Boden clothes mini and otherwise but this skirt arrived creased so the pleats were barely visible. The waist band is lovely but let down by the fabric of the skirt, although lovely and soft to touch so would be very comfy it clung to tights and leggings and creased very easily. this ones going back

I bought this in the raspberry mousse colour way for my pink-obsessed two year old. Colour is fantastic - truly lurid but in a fabulous way if you know what I mean. My DD loved it!
Waist is comfortable and length is ok. I bought 3-4 for my taller than average daughter and it's still a mini but not indecent.
Can see she'll get a lot of wear out of this and have my eye on the purple check too...

A lovely thick denim skirt, fits my above average sized 3 and a bit yr old very well but should last a while. Quality means it will hopefully get use from #2 as well! I was worried about the lack of adjustable waist as she is skinny waisted despite being big and tall, but the elasticated band is fine, and could be tightened a little with the cord, because it's a skirt it doesn't matter that she can't do it up again herself after going to the loo. Wore today with gorgeous stripy Boden tights from last winter, will look great with bare legs on warmer days too. I think it will be a much worn staple item for my daughter.

Love this skirt looks great with the hotchpotch L/S T-shirt, good quality material and love the green colour wish they did a red one too. Bought age 5-6 for my just 6 year old daughter which still has plenty of growing room.

My daughter received the denim skirt for her birthday and it was one she'd chosen herself from the catalogue. She wears it at the moment over stripey leggings and will wear it with tights in the winter. She's 9 and we got the age 7-8 as she's petite and slim. There is plenty of room in the waist and it's a good length on her. She's 128cm tall.

Bought this skirt in denim in size 4-5 for my regular sized 4 yr old and it's pretty much perfect. At first I thought the waist would be too small as the fabric didn't give too much when the little string was undone however I now think that this is maybe a good thing as it will stop the skirt from sliding down. The fabric is really good quality and will wear well and the contrast colours give it a nice twist. the length is very good too. I originally was going to keep this for Autumn wear with leggins and winter with tights however it is soooooo lovely that she has been wearing it already. The denim looks great with green and pink. Really good buy and I'm very pleased as it will be worn loads and no doubt even when she has outgrown it, it will still be in great nick so it will be a pleasure to pass on to a friends younger daughter.

I bought two of these in denim and the check and they are both lovely. They are nice and soft this year, and my daughter seems to find them comfy. I bought age 5-6 for an almost 6 year old and they have lots of growing room. Happy!

I bought the purple check one and my daughter likes it so much we have ordered the denim one. I got the 9-10 for a nearly 9 year old and it fits perfect. It lost a star because she complains that its a bit scratchy at the back, but i cant see anything wrong with it and its a keeper.
