fantastic throusers, got the sand colour and it's lovely warm shade of light brown, which goes beautifully with a lot of his tops.
We don't seem to have any problems with leg or waist sizing, although my son won't be wearing them turned up for long...which is fine by him, as he dislikes turnups.

I ordered these trousers and my toddler has been wearing them at every opportunity since. They look great and feel so soft and comfy. The fabric is durable but soft and the lining is softer still. They're very wearable and look very trendy. I ordered size age 2yrs for my slim and v tall 22month old. The length should be ok until summer but the waist is a bit big. I have to use the drawstring and the elastic doesn't get stretched much. That's the only reason these aren't getting a 5 star. I am tempted to order the next size for next year :o)

Bought size 8 for my average height but skinny 7 year old son. Love the fabric, so soft, and knee patch design, aka hard wearing but comfortable. Unfortunately the elastics at the waist is too large. It just slipped off his hip! If we went for size 7 it would have been too short. My son had never been able to wear Boden trousers with ribbed waist which is a great shame because the fabric is so soft and comfy. Had to send it back, regretably!

These are the best trousers I've found for my son. He struggles with zips and buttons, and these are just so easy and comfortable. I got size 11-12 for a (quite tall) 10 year old, and the size is just about right - just turned up once at the hem so they should keep him going for a year or two. Really nice material and well finished off. Well done, Boden!

I saw these at a Boden shopping party and they caught my eye as they looked so comfortable and warm. I also loved the bright lining. I ordered the storm pair in aged 5 as my son is nearly five. However when they came they were rather short. They fitted perfectly rolled down but that wouldn't show the nice lining or last another season. So I sent them back for aged 6 and am hoping they will be better. My son is probably slightly below average height for his age, so I think Boden may need to size these up in future.

LOVE THESE TROUSERS!!RECENTLY BOUGHT THREE DIFFERENT PAIRS FROM BODEN,AND THESE ARE THE FAVORITES.I GOT THEM IN THE SAND,AND THEY MATCH UP WITH SO MANY COLOURS.I WOULD SUGGEST SIZING UP AS I GOT AGE 4 FOR MY ALMOST 3 YEAR OLD AND THEY ARE ONLY SLIGHTLY LONG!!HAVING SAID THAT,HE IS A LITTLE BIGGER THEN AVERAGE.

Brought these for my 18 month old and am back to buy more! Fantastic quality and very hardwearing trousers, ideal for younger ones who tend to spend alot of time crawling about in mud (even though he can walk!) they wash well and look really good on too. My only criticism would be that they are on the sort side of trousers for this age group which I am finding is typical Boden sizing (I bought 1.5-2 years hoping he'd have plenty of room to grow but they are already being worn with the hem rolled down)

These are super soft and fit my little boy so well. BUT i did order the age4 and he is only 3 & a half! I'm slightly concerned that by the time he comes to wear them in the colder weather they will be too short. I love them so much i have taken a chance and kept them but also ordered the Age 5 in case they don't last size wise. He is slightly taller than average but no way is he huge. If we want them turned up to show the stripey lining we will have to wear the age5 although my feeling is that the waist will be too big?? Definitely worth buying though if you can find the right size for you.
