I have only good things to say about these trousers. My son has always been big for his age, so finding clothing for him from the various retailers and expecting consistency in sizing is a challenge! I now find myself sticking to Boden because their sizing works for my 5 year old.

These trousers are comfortable and fit very well, and best of all he won't grow out of these before the winter season is over - they will get plenty of wear.

I would like to see more colours in these trousers please!

These are lovely material, cosy and warm & great quality but tall skinny kids need not apply. My son is 7 but 137cm tall so I need size 10 but they would nearly fit me on the waist. with a drawstring they would be great. Back they go.Shame

Get these trousers every year and now by son has them as school trousers too. This year though the quality doesn't seem as good and the fit is not the same either. They are quit 'floppy' in the waist even though my son is taller and bigger then avarage. This makes them fall down a bit when he sits down. The trousers are also slightly tighter around the hip then normal and this makes the pockets come out. Still great trousers and would recommend but please go back to the fit you've had previous years. Not worth the full price 2011.

love these, i got two pairs in age 4 and 5 for my tall 3 yr old son, the age 4 fits nicely with some growing room, these i found to be of fab quality and look lovely on, will be buying more in future

We have been having these trousers every year for years, as my son is autistic, button phobic, and can only tolerate soft fabrics. They are fantastic, as are many of the other non button soft Boden trousers. However, we've just received our order for this year (age 10, as my son is a tall 9), and for the first time they don't fit. The waist is too big, and while some children may be happy to wear a belt (there are belt loops) my son is not one of them. It's such a shame. However, we love your other soft trousers. Thank you Boden. Please carry on with you fab soft button free clothes. We would be lost without them.
